California dreaming at this completely remodeled 2 bedroom Newport Beach home in the Center of Newport in the peninsula. Walking distance to the Bay, beach, & restaurants or bike. Anything you can think of you can do here. This 2 bedroom has a roof top across the whole house with a fire pit. Such a fantastic place to stay! It was very clean, well stocked and roomy kitchen. The beds were comfy with great sheets. Several premium channels on all of the tv’s with lots of movie options. The rooftop is AMAZING! It’s huge with a variety of seating options. We grilled every night and made delicious s'more's afterwards. Steffanie was always available and helpful to answer my questions. The beach is just a short walk away, super clean and breathtaking. We will definitely be back!

When we arrived at the property the cleaning lady was there until after 3 pm which should be check in. The parking is terrible and if you are there during the week you cant park on certain sides of the street because of street sweeping. There was no broom!!! How do you have a beach house and not have a broom. I was on my hands and knees with a rag cleaning sand, Definitely NOT the vacation I had hoped for :(

Happy visit

Lovely beach house. We enjoyed our stay and will cherish such fond memories of beautiful Newport Beach. The host provided all the comforts of home, including beach chairs and sand toys for our kids. The rooftop was a lot of fun and the neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We hope to visit again some day!

Family, Fun, & Fantastic Memories

This is an awesome location with so much to do within walking distance and the surrounding areas. The roof top deck was where we spent most of our evenings because we had an infant with us. It was a great place to enjoy s’mores, drinks, and relax in the comfy furniture. The only down side was we thought from the listing there was a garage, but that was for the other unit. It worked out though because parking wasn’t an issue being that it wasn’t summertime. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice location if you don’t have a car because there is no parking close to the duplex. The deck is nice, but the furniture is old and dusty. There are limited pots and pans, nothing to bake in/on or to boil water for pasta but they brought us a small cookie sheet after we requested one, which was nice. Plenty of spices no oils. The cabinets, doors and walls are very dirty and the toilet seat is gross.

Clean Living in Newport!

Our stay at Newport Beach was excellent. You sometimes wonder if the sales pictures are as good as advertised and these certainly were. The location is a perfect, quiet neighborhood, the bay a block away, the beach 2 blocks away. The house is clean, well stocked, TV's in every room, big kitchen and the roof top area is an awesome hang out area! The one car garage allowed us to park off the street and was an additional plus!

Clean, nice but not the full house like the picture

Very clean, nice neighborhood and easy check-in process. My only disappointment is that we thought we were getting the entire house, like the pictures lead you to believe. I don’t believe the description stated it was a duplex. I will say that the roof top is pretty cool. I would recommend this place, but just be aware you are it’s a duplex.

Lovely, well appointed accommodation

Lovely, well appointed accommodation. Very clean. It was nice to be able to use the rooftop terrace. The garage was good to have. We hired a mid-sized car which fitted nicely, but anything bigger may struggle. Lovely area. Good communication and very accommodating owner. Would definitely stay again if/when we return to LA.

Amazing Stay

We have had a fantastic stay at this property. The beds were very comfortable and the home was very clean. The rooftop was incredible. We had such a wonderful experience we extended an extra day. The neighbors were kind, the area quiet. Ample parking and walking paths were stunning.

Let me start by saying...location, location, location....clean as can be and super relaxing setup...classy low key vibe. We honestly loved everything about our stay. You are between the bay and the beach, great deli market around the corner to walk to. Fabulous restaurants & bars close by. Walkable to Balboa Fun Center, Piers for Balboa or Newport Beach, we rented electric bikes to cruise around on. Honestly, the rooftop deck is the highlight with a fire pit and grill. We chose to eat out the whole time, but you would have no problem cooking here and they also had extra spices. I also loved the plants and flowers outside...you will not be disappointed!!
