Gorgeous ocean views from the roof top deck will make everyone want to gather to relax and watch the sunset every evening, or soak in the hot tub after the day’s adventures. Additionally, a ground floor patio has a table for al fresco dining, comfortable seating, and a barbecue, creating a refreshing indoor/outdoor “beach living” experience.

Step outside your front door and you are just a short stroll away from the Newport Pier and Newport Beach boardwalk - running the length of the peninsula - with several restaurants and bars for you to enjoy.

Or you can easily continue on the boardwalk to the Balboa Fun Zone and the Balboa Pier. If you want to see the world famous Wedge bodysurfing beach, you can continue all the way to the end of the boardwalk, all the while enjoying the gorgeous beach and ocean views.

Enter this custom designed 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 3 story 1400 square foot condo with luxurious furnishings throughout its indoor and outdoor spaces - making it a perfect seaside vacation retreat haven to enjoy with family and friends.

The light, bright living area of the ground floor great room features lots of comfortable seating, a large flat screen TV, and a custom gas fireplace around which you can gather, recharge, and relax.

A Fleetwood retractable glass wall makes it an easy transition from the great room to the patio with al fresco dining, comfortable seating, and a barbecue - creating a refreshing indoor/outdoor “beach living” ambiance.

The gourmet kitchen has custom built cabinets, top of the line stainless steel Viking appliances, and everything else you need to meet your culinary desires - all you need do is add the food and the camaraderie.

High-top stools at a kitchen bar, along with a dining area for 4-6 makes it easy for people to eat together or to observe what is happening in the kitchen.

A master bedroom with king bed opens up to the rooftop patio with beautiful ocean and sunset views, and a relaxing seating area and hot tub. The bedroom boasts a walk-in closet, a large flat screen TV, and a full en-suite bath with both a spa-like shower and an oversized tub.

There are two additional queen bedrooms, located on the second floor, both with flat screen TV’s. These bedrooms share a jack-and-jill bathroom and the front-bedroom has a private ocean view deck.

This home comfortably sleeps 7 with a queen pull out sofa in the family room, along with premiere quality linens and bedding.

There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience. 1 garage parking space and 1 covered parking space behind the garage are also provided for your convenience.

It is a newly constructed custom duplex where careful attention has been paid to every detail, including a roof top jacuzzi and air conditioning- making it a wonderful luxury vacation haven less than 1 short block from the shimmering Pacific Ocean.

This house is equipped with air conditioning. Additional fees may apply, so please contact our reservation team for details.

If you wish to rent this unit with the 4-bedrom 4 bath unit in back of it for larger gatherings, please call our reservations team for details.

Spa is serviced Mondays and Thursdays by a vendor who has to access inside the unit.

Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc.

Please note: reservations for this home will not be refunded if cancelled within 60 days of arrival.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location. Far enough away from the craziness but close enough to walk to it. Beds were very comfy. Property manager was quick to respond to any concerns or questions. We will definitely stay here again.

Good space and location
We loved the photos of this house online but were underwhelmed when we arrived to the house. The toilet was broken at check in, we had to wait and entire day and the plumber replaced the toilet half way through our stay , we had 4 adults and 3 kids staying altogether so we definitely needed all toilets working. It was a big inconvenience. The manager was empathetic and felt bad. Location is great and central although the street is very loud , cars and people talking loudly on the street. Hot tub was good, small but good. Kitchen is well stocked w dishes and cups but not pantry items (olive oil and salt were needed) Check in was simple and direct, parking was also good.

Nice Property with a fantastic location
We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, clean property. A short walk to the beach and a variety of restaurants, shops, and grocery store kept us from needing a car during our stay. The toilets are frustrating with the type of flushing system. We were provided plenty of hand towels and wash cloths, but only 2 bath towels for 4 people and no beach towels at all. The ice maker is still broken (as mentioned in a review from August) with a large hole in the bottom of the tray that had a grocery bag stuck in it. The property manager did provide a bag of ice after we contacted them and sent pictures of the ice maker. No property is perfect and we would stay here again.

Fun in the sun
Overall we were satisfied with our stay. The location was 5 stars, working with the property manager was simple and the home was as described. The check in and out process was a bit rushed. We weren't able to check in until shortly after the stated time and the cleaning crew was at the door step right at 10am. Overall we enjoyed the location and the home!! Very nice and all was as described.

Great location!
The home is steps to a beautiful sandy beach, and there are ocean views from the top level balcony. Everything you need - grocery store, restaurants, coffee, bars, etc. - are a short walk away. The house is modern and very clean. The master bedroom shower pressure is very low, but the shower between the other two bedrooms was excellent. The issue we had with our stay, which was never addressed by the management company (VACASA) was that when we arrived, the outdoor jacuzzi's cover had been blown into the street. The jacuzzi was full of sand and the water level was very low. VACASA responded to my texts and said that a service person would come out to address the jacuzzi issues. We stayed for two nights and were never able to use the jacuzzi. As we were checking out that Friday morning, the jacuzzi service man arrived and cleaned and filled the jacuzzi. I'm sure the next guests enjoyed the jacuzzi. VACASA stopped responding to me even though they had promised action. Also, the stairs (carpeted) were wet. I asked if they had been recently shampooed and received no response. The house is nice and it's a great location, but VACASA was a terrible experience. We requested some money back or a credit via text and email but never received a response. Poor service!

Cosy Home near the Beach
The living room and bedrooms were lovely and accommadated our group well. It rained a lot when we were there so it was hard to use the outdoor eating areas. Freezer needs to be defrosted and ice trays provided.
