This retreat boasts a prime location just a few steps away from Marina Park with park and bay views from your balcony. The Pacific Ocean, with great surfing and a gorgeous beach, is just two short blocks away.

This second-level duplex is unique with spectacular views of the beach and boats in the harbor from your living room, well-equipped, full kitchen, or dining area. This newly renovated retreat has a spacious living area and a comfortable seating cluster for you all to settle in. Sliders to the outside balcony allow you to enjoy inside/outside living. Here you can dine al fresco during your stay while you enjoy the lights as they sparkle from the bay. View fireworks during the Fourth of July Boat Parade and the spectacular Newport Harbor Christmas Boat Parade, which turns directly in front of this home. Anytime you can just relax and recharge in this comfortable location between your various adventures. The barbecue grill makes cooking easy when it needs to be. There is also an inside dining table next to a beautiful modern kitchen with high-top stools at the end of a wraparound kitchen counter.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
