House was great! Plenty of room, clean, the neighborhood is lovely and quiet. Super short walk to the sand and a 2 block walk to the big grocery store. Area is awesome! Thankful for the garage to park in because the streets are crowded with cars but when it says the garage is small, it is. We have a Toyota mini van that only fits if we all got out of the car first before backing in. It was tight but thankful to have the garage! We were there on a rainy weekend and was looking forward to trying out the gas fireplace but it says not to use it in the info binder in the house so that was a bummer. Otherwise, the house is awesome and would highly recommend!

Communications with host were excellent. The place was very clean. Lots of clean towels and linens. 3 out of 4 nights were quite. Apparently people moved in above the last night. Step from master bedroom to bathroom is unexpected and should be noted. The wifi for the television was weak. The location was good and felt safe. Would stay there again.

We had an amazing stay. The location was perfect to get to the beach and everywhere we wanted to go. The cottage was a great size and had everything we needed for a couple of nights grilling. This was a fantastic place and stay! Having dedicated parking made the coming and going super easy.

Great to have garage for parking, Hosts were very accommodating and lovely to deal with. Very comfy home and location is great base camp to do things. Beach, shops activities like, shopping, hiking Laguna Beach. Sim racing for my son, golf you name it.

It’s our second year staying here. We love the location and the size is perfect for us and our 2 kids. We love that it gas AC as a lot of homes there don’t. Our car is too big for the garage but we kept all of our beach gear in there and street parking was pretty easy to find since we went on an off week.

Wonderful two bedroom bungalow near the beach. Short walk to restaurants and grocery store. Nick and Kristy were fantastic hosts and their cleaning crew is outstanding. No complaints, just compliments.

Fun in the Sun

Kristy and Nick were gracious hosts, providing and anticipating our every need. They communicated before, during and after out stay. Our stay was part of a very busy week of family reunion activities, and the house provided a comfortable and peaceful respite. We enjoyed walking to the beach, grocery store and food spots. The ease of getting to PCH and the 55 worked perfectly. The only downside is the garage is hard to access if you have a larger vehicle, and parking is challenging--but not impossible.We would certainly stay at their house again! Thank you, Kristy and Nick!

We loved this home

We had a wonderful stay and loved the home. It had everything we needed for our family of 4. There are plenty of towels and beach stuff. And you are just a short walk to the beach. Also, the grocery store is a 5 minute walk away. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Perfect for Family

We stayed here for a week and it was great for our family of 3. Everything was very clean and well kept. Plenty of towels and linens provided, well stocked kitchen with utensils and supplies. We loved having the in unit washer and dryer so we didn’t have to pack as much for our stay. We had an issue with the neighbors doing construction late at night and the owner was really helpful and quick to handle the issue. We had a large truck so it didn’t fit in the garage and was hard to find street parking at times but that wouldn’t prevent us from booking again.

Wonderful beach house-excellent location!

Such a beautiful beach house with excellent location to the beach and restaurants and shops! Decorated very cute, and clean home. Plenty of room for 6-8 with spacious rooms. The only thing I would recommend is an extra foam topper for the couch hide-a-bed. As the metal frame felt like it was digging in our backs. But other than that-would definitely stay there again!

Amazing Time

Me and my fiance really enjoyed this house and the location of it. We loved that we could walk to the beach and even walk to grocery store/restaurants from the house. We highly recommend this house to anyone who wants to have a relaxing week or weekend at the beach.

Perfect Beach Vacation!

This location was ideal for our family of 4. The hosts were wonderful communicators. Everything was exactly as described. The house was immaculately clean. All of the linens were fresh and comfortable. We loved the beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon. It made the short walk to the beach a breeze. The location was close to the beach, but not right in the middle of the crowds, so we could enjoy quiet evenings sitting on the front patio after dinner. The garage was a key factor in choosing this location. I could not have handled the stress of finding parking every time we went somewhere! So many dining choices within walking distance, and the grocery store is right around the corner. We definitely look forward to staying here again!
