All bedrooms and bathrooms are stocked with premium linens for your comfort. A double sofa bed and a futon in the downstairs living area provide additional sleeping accommodations for your group.

Additional amenities include complimentary WiFi, cable TV, and a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Things to Know

Please note: This home does not have air conditioning.

Primary renter must be 25 years of age or older to rent (proof of age required).

The Duffy boat docked at the property is not available for guest use. If it will be used during your stay, you will receive at least 24 hours' notice. Access to the dock is via the exterior walkway, so entry into the home is not required.

This is a quiet residential neighborhood, and we appreciate guests being considerate of the neighbors. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

To help maintain a private and comfortable stay for everyone, only registered guests may access the home from the dock and boat landing area. Additionally, no large groups or parties are permitted onsite at any time.

Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable.
