Welcome to Creekside Cabin! This warm, welcoming home is located in the community of Linville Land Harbor and is the perfect spot for your family to come together and enjoy the beauty of the mountains. The home offers seasonal views of the beautiful lake, a large deck outside for enjoying the nice weather the High Country has to offer as well as a soothing hot tub, and a nice game room downstairs to be enjoyed by all ages!

The main level features lots of windows to allow in natural light for a bright and airy feel. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need for cooking and entertaining. There is also a Keurig so be sure to bring your favorite K-Cups! The large open space between the dining and living room area allows for perfect space to spread out. The living room has new cozy couches in front of the gas fireplace and TV.

There are two bedrooms on the main level - one with a king bed and the other with a queen. These bedrooms share a full bathroom in the hall with a tub and shower combo.

Upstairs is the large master suite. This room has a king size bed, a reading nook and desk for those that might need to work from the home and a large master bathroom with a tiled shower and soaking tub.

On the lower level of this home you'll find one more bedroom with a set of twin bunks, a trundle bed underneath and a separate full size bed in the same room. Perfect for couples traveling with kids! There is also a TV and game room on this level with a foosball table and a small air hockey table as well. The full bath has a tub/shower combo, as well. You can access the garage through this level and you'll find an electric car charger available for guests to use as well!

Spend the morning enjoying a cup of coffee taking in the sights and sounds of the lovely community. Be sure to wave hello to the full-time residents as they stroll by! In the evening, enjoy family time by the gas fire table on the deck or take a dip in the brand new hot tub.

No matter how your family enjoys your visit, you are surely to have a great time at this home and wandering around town! The famous Linville Caverns are just 20 minutes away, Grandfather Mountain State park is just 13 minutes away and the neighboring towns of Boone and Blowing Rock are just 35-40 minutes away! Creekside Cabin is here to make your family vacation a fun one filled with great memories.

Beyond the walls of this lovely home, the Linville Land Harbor community presents a wealth of amenities to enhance your stay. Nature enthusiasts will revel in the hiking opportunities, while the community offers opportunities for friendly competitions with seasonally available amenities (open May-Oct) such as a recreation room, shuffleboard, basketball, and tennis. A serene lake beckons for fishing or kayaking, providing an idyllic backdrop for outdoor activities. For those seeking relaxation, a wonderful swimming pool awaits (open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day each year.) The public golf course has gorgeous views as you walk along the neighborhoods and lake. Next to Hole #9 is the newly built addition, The Patio Grill. It offers a quick bite to eat or drink. The Patio Grill will be open for both breakfast and lunch during the operational season. The Grill's hours are 7:30am - 3:30pm.

Additional notes -
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers.
- Towels and linens will be provided for you.
- This home is pet friendly for up to 2 mature and well trained dogs, only. A pet fee is $25 per day, per dog is required.
- The neighborhood has many full-time residents, including folks living next door to this home, and all guests must respect quiet hours from 11PM to 8AM. Remember that noise travels easily in the mountains due to our geography!
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

CANCELLATION POLICY -
Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

We had three generations of family together for the first week of summer. The house nicely accommodated all of us. The downstairs was a perfect kid lair. The beds were comfortable and the jacuzzi was a nice bonus. Access to the creek and Lakeview path we discovered at the end of our stay. The amenities in Linville Land Harbor are excellent.

We had an absolutely magical week at Creekside Cabin, and a huge shout out to Trapper who was a guest services rock star! The house was perfect for our crowd and extremely comfortable...from the couches to the linens! Sitting on the deck, you feel like you are up in the trees...plus the fire pit, comfy furniture and extra dining area made it our favorite spot. We will be back to Creekside Cabin every year!

We were very impressed with this home. The master bed was very comfortable and there was a separate a/c and heater for the master. The couches were very comfortable and every person could recline. There were tons of extra pillows and super soft blankets that we used on the couches and to bundle up by the fire. The owners truly have thought of everything and made our stay very enjoyable and comfortable. This home is also a central location to Linville Gorge, Grandfather Mountain and other great hiking destinations and close to Banner Elk and Boone which have great restaurants

We came to the area to get a little fishing in (be advised -the season is pretty much catch and release only for the month of March). We also wanted to hike the trails to Linville Falls. Great location for both those activities and the Land Harbor Lake community is lovely. The lake is beautiful and the river trail is lovely and easy. The house was just super and easily could have accommodated two more couples (there were four of us) and a few kids. Great hot tub and very comfortable, clean house. If you want to fish at the lake/stream -you need to call the Land Harbor POA office ahead of time so they can contact the actual homeowners to get pre-authorization. And you have to buy permits $20/day/person. This would be my only negative feedback on the property. Access to fish while renting a home should be included. Overall a great stay and we would rent again.

We had a great time! The house was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The hot tub was spacious and lovely on the cool days! Our door code didn’t work at first but we were still able to get in and the gas fireplace stopped working at one point. The phone number for help was a bit hit or miss. Overall, though, I’d recommend the place! I wish we had more time to use all the neighborhood amenities.

Our family rented this home with our daughter and 3 of her friends to celebrate her 16th birthday. The home is even more beautiful in person! It was impeccably maintained. The location was perfect for all of the tourist attractions we visited in Boone & Banner Elk. Upon check in the code which had been emailed to me wasn’t working. We called the after hours phone number and left a message. The call was returned within 10 minutes with a new code and all was well from there. The service from Blue Mountain rentals throughout the entire process was top notch! We will definitely rent from them again.

Beautiful home would definitely stay again. Very well stocked kitchen. The decor was fantastic. Everyone enjoyed the stay. Door code did not work when we arrived, but the company was quick to respond and updated it within minutes. We told kids we were taking them to the recreation rooms since there was not any snow to ski or tubing. The code did not work. I called twice, texted and e-mailed and never had anyone get back with us to resolve getting a new code. If we go back, I would check to make sure it works on the way in.

The house is gorgeous and stocked with everything you may need. We stayed here so we could ski and sled beech mountain which was 30 minutes away. This is the perfect location to avoid being trapped in the mountains due to bad weather. We were in and out with no problems! Perfect cozy comfortable house for a large family. We would def love to return to this property!
