Whether you’re traveling with family or friends, you’ll enjoy a cozy atmosphere, well-equipped spaces, and a great base to explore the area and make lasting memories.

Interaction with guests will be via booking platform messaging app unless there is an emergency where the host will respond to you via call. Please make first contact via app otherwise we may not pick up your enquiry.

Located in the heart of Tynemouth, just minutes from stunning beaches such as King Edward’s Bay and Longsands. Guests can enjoy scenic coastal walks, explore the historic Tynemouth Priory and Castle, or take the family to Tynemouth Aquarium and Tynemouth Park for a fun-filled day.

The neighborhood is also known for its vibrant food scene. - We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay.

At Vacant Nests, we’re dedicated to ensuring our property is protected throughout every guest stay. To provide peace of mind for both owners and guests, we require all guests to either have a £400 fully refundable security deposit hold placed on their account or purchase a £40 one-time Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers up to £500 of accidental damage during the stay.
