A 5 minutes taxi ride into town or a 25 minutes walk, this spacious home and it’s proximity to the city centre is ideal for days in or out and relaxed nights in. The property is fitted with one ring doorbell camera outside of the house next to the front door, facing the street. The camera is activated when it detects movement and records the movement.

The Victorian House has been recently renovated to a high standard. Featuring a charming mix of old and modern, this spacious three storey house is equipped with everything you will need to enjoy a 'home from home' experience.

The house includes a large modern fully fitted kitchen, fridge freezer, oven, and coffee station. The relaxed open-plan sitting and dining room is perfect for a night in and features a smart TV, you can use for streaming from Netflix, Youtube, etc. (No cable TV). You can wine and dine in the stylish dining table or order in your favourite take away from one of the many local eateries.

There are 5 spacious bedrooms, 3 doubles beds and 4 singles beds all with high quality beddings to enjoy a good night sleep. One of the main bathrooms is located off the main landing. Recently fitted with a brand new bathroom, featuring a bath with a shower. The second bathroom is located on the ground floor with a walk-in shower.

This Victorian house also features a utility room with a washing machine. Free on-street parking and a patio, you really do have everything you could need for a break away to the city.

Please note that there are stairs in the property. Pets are welcome but will have an additional fee.

Important

No parties or Hen dos or Stag dos. We have a very strict no party policies. Any breach of policies can be charged from the Damage Deposit, which is requested a week before the arrival date.
