"Room was on small side. No real place to put our luggage. Very close to everything, very walkable. Dining options are close by. Only saw staff on check in and check out. Front door was locked even during hours someone was to be at reception. Had to carry room key(actual key) around at all times no place to leave it and get on return to property. Stairs are steep and narrow as are hallways but otherwise it served its purpose. "

"I would definitely stay at The Snug again! The location is really convenient, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are adorable. Yes, they are truly snug, but they have perfect storage and space for two travelers. Being on Quay street means lots of loud noise outside m, but if you know that going in, it’s really not much of a bother. "

"We stayed here one night, and were very pleased that we were able to check in a little early after a redeye flight. I had mentioned upon booking that we were celebrating something and the hotel staff had left a special treat for us and a handwritten note on the table in our room. The location is unbeatable, the price is fair, and the charm of staying in a hotel as old as this one can't be beat. I would recommend this to others and I would stay here again."

"Excellent property, clean, location is very close to train and bus station as well as to all fun pubs and Spanish arch. The only complaint that it was a little too warm in the room and no matter what I set the AC on, it felt that it was too hot. Given that we stayed at the property in the middle of October, I was hoping that the room would feel cooler. But it was a minor inconvenience. Otherwise - super friendly staff, great restaurant and bar on premises and just great impression overall....
