You`ve got the best spot on the island enjoying blue waters and sand beneath your feet as soon as you step onto the back patio. Enjoy elevated views from multiple angles, relax on two stunning balconies, and soak up the serenity of beachfront living!

Only a 9 minute drive from shopping, restaurants, and activities in downtown Newburyport. Salisbury and Salisbury Beach are approximately a 15 minute drive. Few minutes from the island`s most famous restaurants and bars like Plum Island Grille, Plum Island Kitchen, Plum Island Beach Coma, Plum Island Provisions, and The Cottage! Love the space and come back every summer for some island fun!

Fall asleep to the sound of ocean waves in this charming beachfront apartment. The light, airy home features open-plan living and a wall of windows to maximize the amazing views. Enjoy drinks on the balcony and a sunset reflecting over the water—it`s pure bliss.

There are enough beds for the whole family up to comfortably sleep up to 9 people:

Common Spaces: One (1) Queen Pullout Bed + Full Futon!

If you`ve got a larger group, you may rent out more than unit if available. Check out the other sister-listings to rent the entire second floor of the building (6 bedrooms!) or the entire complex (9 bedrooms!)

Please note: BBQ Grills are shut down for seasonal weather (November - April).

Superb location / great condo

This listing was directly on the beach. Impeccably clean. Can sit on the deck or in the living room and watch the waves. Easy walk out onto the beach. Hiking and biking trails nearby. During our stay (May2025) was cold, windy and a bit rainy. We played lots of board games and watched the ocean. Relaxing. Didn't get to use the grills or patio area. If you want more excitement... Walkable to breakfast (Mad Martha's) and bar / restaurants. My only issue was that the upstairs bedrooms are accessed by a narrow spiral staircase, not easy. Our adult kids stayed up there and my wife and I only stayed on the main floor. That being said, the location is the winning feature on this listing.

Gorgeous Location On The Beach

Beautiful accommodations right on the gorgeous beach. A wonderful place for us recently retired sisters to gather. The place was well stocked and supplied. Handy to have the washer/dryer there.

Wonderful Plum Island Getaway

I booked this property last minute knowing very little about the area. It turned out to be a fabulous trip. The property is right on the water and private beach. No crowds! There are a few casual restaurants, an ice cream shop, small convenience store all within walking distance from the house. We brought bikes with us and rode to Newburyport several times during our stay. Only a 15 min bike ride with kids. There is a large public parking lot in Newburyport which was very convenient when we wanted to shop or eat dinner out. Would definitely stay again.

Fabulous home RIGHT on the beach. Amazing views. House was beautiful and had everything we needed.

A wonderful week in a beautiful home. Great outdoor space. Sunrise and sunsets to be enjoyed from various decks and patios. Able to walk to restaurants and ice cream. Owner was SO responsive and helpful with super clear check in/check out and great recommendations for all you would want to do in the area. We cannot wait to book our next stay!

The unit was exactly as described. The porch overlooks the beach and the house is just steps from local restraints and shops. We are looking forward to returning.
