205 has really bad water damage and smelled horrible. When we checked in it smelled like bleach. You could smell the moisture in the air.

The property seems nice until you get to room. Fixtures were old and rusted with a few actually detached from wall. Vents were covered with THICK layer of dust. Just really worn down room.
