These five uniquely inspired private guest suites rise above the downtown scene of historic Newberg. From your doorstep, you will enjoy being moments away from world-class tasting rooms, restaurants, and other exciting attractions. Our One Bedroom and Studio Suites are located in the community of Newberg Oregon which is commonly referred to as the "Gateway to Oregon Wine Country" where our passion for local wine, food, culture, and adventure come alive! These full, luxurious apartment-style suites have been remodeled with modern amenities travelers desire while still capturing the original grandeur of the historic building, making these suites a great place to call home each night of your visit to the Willamette Valley. Do note the Yamhill Flats are located on the second floor of this historic building, and there is no elevator available.

Flat #2: This Studio suite at the Yamhill Flats is spacious in size and residential in feeling. With a splash of color, this suite features a vivacious modern full kitchen, a supremely comfy queen bed, ample clothing storage, and a small dining table and seating. The en-suite bathroom features a beautiful, large tiled standing shower, lots of lighting, plush towels, and a hair dryer. 

This is one of five Yamhill Flats available above the charming downtown. Our flats feature all of the same amenities you would expect when visiting a luxury hotel, with the bonus of modern, fully equipped kitchens (two without ovens). Every guest will enjoy individually controlled air conditioning and heat, en-suite bathrooms with essential toiletries, Dish Satellite TV, wireless internet, and complimentary concierge services. With this fantastic location and impressive amenities, we are confident you will be delighted to call the Yamhill Flats home while exploring Oregon Wine Country!

Willamette Valley Wine Trip

Yamhill Flats was perfect for us & had everything that we needed for our stay. Centrally located to so many awesome wineries & a short walk to many restaurants, bars & great coffee shops, Yamhill Flats was perfect. The ownership group was so helpful & attentive too. This was our second stay in the last two years & we hope to make it back again.

great room in Newberg !

My husband & i visit Newberg often to see his mom. We've stayed in all the hotels, but this place is more convenient to downtown - walkable to several restaurants, bars, etc. Loved having a full kitchen too. Thanks Yamhill Flats!

Don't Judge a Book by Its Cover ;-)

Behind yellow and burgundy exterior of the building and up the steep carpeted stairs hides a WONDERFUL retreat from the world. I did not expect temperatures in Oregon to be in the high 90s for our July visit...and was I ever relieved to open the door to our hideaway and be greeted by cold air. It neve occurred to me to check to see if the rental I'd booked had A/C. Well designed studio suite with plenty of room for two people and two suitcases. Kitchen is well appointed, check in and out via the app or text was a breeze! Thank you so much for this lovely place to stay in one of the prettiest areas of the world!

Perfect place for downtown Newburg

Loved staying here! Location is ideal.In walking distance to many cute establishments in downtown Newburg. Easy street parking if needed. The interior was clean and it felt very high-end. Soft plush bed. They even provided headphones for street noise. I will be staying here again. Thank you!
