HOUSE RULES & IMPORTANT INFORMATION

✔ Check-in time is 4:00pm - 10:00pm.
✔ Check out time is 10:00 am. Late check-out will incur a fee of $200/hr. Subject to approval and MUST be notified in advance. Without any advance notice you will automatically charge $500/hr.
✔ Unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home.
✔ Turn off the stove, lights, oven, and AC/heater when leaving home
✔ Remove shoes before entering the home. Do not wear any shoes on the carpets.
✔ Place dirty dishes in Dishwasher and start cycle
✔ For long-term stays (over 30 days), deep cleaning can be requested for $450 per cleaning. This process takes at least 4hours. There is no daily housekeeping. We need at least 48hour notice.

x NO Outside-related services, or private events are allowed on this property. Violations will lead to immediate cancellation, no refund, and a $1000 fine.
x NO MAIL or PACKAGE Delivered here at all times. We will NOT be responsible for any package or mail that is lost. We will not be able to help you retrieve any of this packages at all times

*Only registered number of guests are allowed on the property (Max 12), this is taken very seriously for insurance purposes. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are NOT allowed. Violation of this rule will result in a $200 penalty per person, per night.

*The person who uses their VRBO account to make the reservation must be present during the stay. Reservation can be cancelled immediately per Airbnb’s 3rd party cancellation guidelines with no refund.

*Guests must be 25+ years old and provide a valid government-issued ID.

*In adherence to the city's noise ordinance, we kindly request our guests to refrain from making loud noises after 9 pm. Any infringement of this ordinance will be promptly reported to VRBO, and necessary actions, including involving local authorities and our security team, will be taken to ensure compliance. Please respect the tranquility of our community and neighbors during your stay.

**Host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illness, or deaths that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
