-Safe neighborhood -3-story home -2nd floor is spacious with 2 bedrooms (King & Full Bed), full kitchen with dishwasher, full bathroom and a dining room. 

-3rd floor is both cozy and spacious with a kitchen & window nook seating area for two, King Bed, Queen Bed, Twin Bed, bathroom with vanity area and a living room. 

-You and your family/friends will have plenty of room to relax and make happy memories. -

Parking available for 2-3 cars. If you have more, let's discuss. 

You may use the second and third floor, and parking. Because the porch wraps around my apartment and I do work there, it is not open for anytime use, however, I am happy to have you join me if you see me out there or if you want to use it, just ask. 

There is a grill you can use for cooking outside. Just ask. 

The yard is not available as my dogs are in and out. However, if you would like to sit outside, just let me know and I can likely accommodate your request. 

-If you want to chat, or need advice, I am happy to do so or help as needed. 

-From time to time, I have found it is quite enjoyable to get to know guests if the occasion arises. Typically, we are all so busy so it is a special treat when it happens.

-I also love making recommendations about local eateries for your enjoyment and many places deliver in case you want to kick back and relax. 

Montclair is a pretty cool town where I have been blessed to live since 1997. It is close to New York City and about an hour to the beach. There are over 200 restaurants, a theatre, museum, and many things to do. There is a farmer's market right down the street on Saturdays and many things are in walking distance. There is always something going on in the community.

Many things are in walking distance. The Walnut Street train station to NYC is down the street in a 10-15 minute walk. You can be in Midtown Manhattan in under 30 minutes. The bus is 700 steps (DeCamp Bus Line) and picks up at Park St and Walnut St. Of course Uber and Lyft are readily available.

-You can place an order online and we can coordinate the delivery. 

-Also, please let me know what you like in morning coffee/tea (milk, cream) and if you like juice. 

-Also, if you like some beer/wine, just let me know what kind.
