Couple blocks from the subway and a reasonable walk uptown. Plenty of stores nearby. A little bit out of all the craziness of NYC. Owner was receptive. Space wasn’t large but a good deal at that price. Staying anywhere in midtown will be expensive. Felt safe.

L’appartement de Luis est idéalement situé environ 25mn à pied de Times square et à côté d’un métro. Quartier calme, après une journée bruyante dans NY, supermarché juste à côté, restaurant et breakfast.L’appartement est spacieux et belle chambre petite cour pour prendre un verre.Merci à Luis d’avoir répondu à toutes nos demandes. Great location, close to subway and walking distance, lots of shops around, kitchen with lots of dishes, usb charger, good wifi, smaller but clean and comfy. Realy good communication, owner replied very fast. We stayed for 6 nights, 8 of us, we had a nice time.

Quite spacious, clean and safe. Convenient parking garage literally across the street. A lot of options for food within a couple blocks. Subway is only a few blocks away. Will definitely stay here again.

This was a great and affordable option to have three bedrooms in NYC with a kitchen, table and TV. Hosts are great and communicated with us when we needed something at check in. It's only an 8 or 11 minute walk to the different subways we used and closer for the bus. Less than 15 to Wholefoods and another small grocery store was steps away around the corner. Malli Gramercy had amazing Thai food also nearby. Great neighborhood.

Great location! Quite neighborhood, easy to get Uber. The apartment was perfect for us, three friends traveling for a girls weekend. The host was quick to respond to questions and gave clear instructions on getting in. Highly recommend!

This was such a wonderful stay! There was 7 of us in Luis’s vrbo and it fit us great! Each room was clean and had cute photos of the city hanging on the walls. It was also in a good location! We all felt safe and there great bars / restaurants near by. Would definitely rent again! Thank you

What a wonderful stay and beautiful property. On top of that, the communication before, during and after was prompt, professional and useful. Great Spot and Host

Really good location & access to public transit. Great place to stay with a large group - It was clean, kitchen & living room were great, and came in handy once we put kids down. Not great outdoor space, but that’s okay because we spent most our time visiting the city. Host communicated well, checkin / checkout was easy.

Had a wonderful time at this location! The space is very cozy and suited my group of 8! The apartment had games like jenga to enjoy as well as a huge tv! Parking on the street and a garage conveniently located feet away! Neighborhood was beautiful, we enjoyed a stroll around a few blocks and found countless places to eat, shop and grab a drink.
