During the severe cold snap, the room, heated by a radiator right next to the bed, was EXTREMELY hot and dry. I was unable to sleep, and got a bloody nose from the dryess. I was unable to adjust temp or open window or reach someone at the provided phone number. In the morning, having been up all night, I decided to leave and get a hotel room. I messaged and asked for a refund of the remaining two nights. No response for 2.5 days then a very rude and angry response refusing to refund. I tried again to reason with them but got no more response. Additional issues: mold/mildew growing all over the ceiling in the bathroom. The window came off track when I tried to open it. Only one outlet in the whole space, already overloaded with plugs. I was expecting a funky old building for the price, so not too stressed about those things, but the heating issue was just not livable. I gave one star because of the owner's lack of communication, really rude, late response and unwillingness to refund the days I couldn't stay there due to the extreme conditions.
