Early Check-In and Late Check-Out If there’s no same-day guest turnover, I’m happy to offer early check-in or late check-out at no extra cost. Just give me a heads-up at least 36 hours in advance during regular business hours. For weekend or holiday requests, please reach out at least one business day before so I can confirm availability. Last-minute late check-out requests made within 24 hours cannot be accommodated and will include a $50 fee.
ID Verification For everyone’s safety and peace of mind, I do ask for a government-issued ID from all guests booking or staying in the apartment. You will receive an SMS with a request to fill this out upon booking.
