Welcome to luxury living! This 4500 square foot home in Upper Manhattan features 5 Bedrooms/4.5 Bathrooms, a backyard, private roof deck overlooking the city, and a fully stocked kitchen. The home is perfect for larger families and corporate retreats. Additionally, the space is great for private events and intimate dinners. I am very particular about who I rent to so when you inquire about the house, please tell me a little about yourself. Please note that parties are strictly prohibited.

This 4 floor, newly renovated Brownstone, located on a tree lined street in the Washington Heights section of Upper Manhattan, has been meticulously designed, furnished and decorated with pieces from DWR, Crate & Barrel, Ligne Roset and other high end furniture designers. No detail has been overlooked.

A great, safe option for families and groups up to 12 people. Friends, family and colleagues will all enjoy this immaculately clean, spacious environment.

You will have access to a large living space with custom built in cabinetry. Floor to Ceiling windows looking out to our gorgeous private backyard.

Full Bath also available off the family room.

Exit the Family Room out to your own PRIVATE backyard Oasis!! You'll find yourself in a gorgeous, very well appointed backyard.

At the front end of the ground floor you'll find a spacious Queen bedroom decked out with premium quality bedding, dresser and closet space .

Up one flight to the 1st Floor.

You'll find my well appointed and fully stocked Chef's kitchen to be perfect for cooking at home.Full size Stainless Steel appliances and everything you need to cook a feast if you so desire! You are welcome to it.

Large Kitchen Island with Seating for 4 people.

The Dining room is right off the kitchen and boasts a beautiful Dining table with seating for up to 10 people.

Your 2nd Floor is NEXT!!!

On this floor you now have 2 Bedrooms.

1st Bedroom is an ABSOLUTE MASTER KING SUITE - Huge room, furnished with a Luxurious super comfortable King bed and an Extra Large Ensuite Bath with custom built walk in closet.

Down the hall sits another bedroom with a queen bed. Spacious walk in closet. Crip/ Pack and Play are available upon request.

Your 3rd Floor has an additional 2 bedrooms -

You'll find a Queen Suite. Wall lined with custom built in closets.

Across the hallway an additional bedroom with another queen bed. Dresser and Large Walk In Closet..

The home will be 100% yours during your stay. Myself or an assistant will be available for the entirety of your stay and can be quickly contacted via airbnb or phone.

Diverse with an abundance of local flavor, Washington Heights is a tight-knit community in the northern part of Manhattan. Wanna feel a little removed from the hustle and bustle of Midtown Manhattan? This area gives you the tranquility of the suburbs with the convenience of being 20 minutes from major tourist attractions. Popular with young families and medical professionals, the neighborhood is vibrant, thriving, and decidedly down-to-earth.

Feel free to drive in, however, be ready to drive around looking for street parking.

My personal recommendation is use mass transit when coming into the city. Parking in the area is tough to find, and paid parking is pricey.

At the top of your block, you’ll be pleased to find access to the A and C trains, and just a few blocks further you’ll find the 1 train.

20 minutes Uber to Times Square

20 minute Uber to the MET

45 minute Subway to World Trade Center

Please note that there are cameras in the front and back of the house. This is to ensure continued security of the house. There are no surveillance devices in the home. Additionally, please note that I do have a noise sensor in the house to alert me when noise levels are excessive. This device does NOT record.

Early checkins are subject to a $39 early checkin fee. Early checkins are only given with prior authorization by host.

If you are staying 7 days or more, I require a midstay cleaning of $150 to ensure the integrity of the home and linens/towels.


During the summer months, from May 15th to November 30th, air conditioning is available in the unit. This will ensure a comfortable and cool environment during your stay.

If subways are not your thing, it is easiest to get around using uber or lyft as well as local taxis.

Welcome to Washington Heights, one of New York City's most vibrant and diverse neighborhoods! This historic and charming area is located in Upper Manhattan, and it's perfect for those who want to experience the real New York City.

Our Airbnb listing is located in a prime location, just a block away from the A and C lines, which provide easy access to all of Manhattan's major attractions. Washington Heights is also home to several bus routes, making it easy to explore the neighborhood and beyond.

The area is known for its beautiful parks, including Fort Tryon Park and Highbridge Park, which offer stunning views of the Hudson River and the George Washington Bridge. In the summer, residents enjoy outdoor activities like picnicking, hiking, and biking.

Foodies will love the variety of international cuisine in Washington Heights, from authentic Dominican restaurants to Tibetan dumplings and everything in between.
