Stay at our BRAND NEW beautiful 3 bed/2-bath penthouse w/ massive private rooftop! You will have exclusive access to the gigantic rooftop that features incredible panoramic city views! Truly a hidden gem located in the Upper East Side! This gorgeous boutique building is nestled near some of the best attractions the city has to offer. With an unbeatable location - minutes away from Central Park and 5th Ave! Bloomingdale's is a block away, along with many trendy restaurants and shops!

The Space:
This elegant penthouse features a modern setting with lots of space, high ceilings and natural sunlight! The space is fully equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable and supreme stay! From stainless steel appliances, modern bathrooms, comfy beds, and all the essentials to make your experience in New York incredible!

** Elevator in building takes you right to the Penthouse

The space is perfect for families, groups or business travelers as it can accommodate up to eight (8) guests. There is more than enough closet space and the kitchen is stocked with all of the top of the line appliances!

Commitment to Cleanliness: We have implemented enhanced cleaning practices to meet the health and cleanliness standard of the Airbnb and NYC Health. All cleaning protocols are monitored as an expression of care and commitment to our guests.

The space is a three-bedroom penthouse with four (4) beds and sleeps a total of 8 guests.

The penthouse features modern bathrooms with complimentary essentials (shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, lotion, toilet paper) and a hair dryer.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances - stove, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. Additional kitchen amenities include toaster, knife set, drip coffee maker, utensils and cookware. We also provide complimentary coffee and tea to enjoy that morning breeze.

DINING
Featuring an open floor plan, the penthouse offers a dining table with seating for 6 people that opens to the living area.

OUTDOOR (PRIVATE ROOFTOP)
An amazing feature that is rare in New York! The private rooftop offers a scene like no other! A true million dollar view. You have exclusive access to the rooftop space plus the outdoor furniture!

PARKING
There is limited free street and metered parking available on a first-come, first-serve basis. We highly recommend to not bring a car - there is Uber, taxis, trains and buses for you to get around the city. If you will bring a car, you may check Parkopedia for some nearby parking options.

OTHER AMENITIES
• The penthouse comes with two 50 inch flat screen Smart TV's for your streaming apps, High-Speed WiFi, basic cable TV, in-unit washer and dryer.
• Luggage Storage Available

SECURITY & SAFETY FEATURES
Our property is equipped with external security cameras to ensure guest safety. Rest assured, no cameras are present inside the apartment.

Guest Access:
Guests will have sole use of the penthouse during the stay. This includes exclusive access to the private rooftop.

The Neighborhood:
The Upper East Side is renowned for being one of the most posh neighborhoods in New York City. Stroll through Central Museum, visit Museum Mile, and explore the countless local restaurants and specialty boutiques.

Enjoy dinner steps away at delicious restaurants such as Sushi Seki, and grab dessert at the famous Magnolia Bakery on your way home!

Getting Around:
Conveniently located very close (about 5 min walk) to the 59th St and Lexington Ave., plus Q, F, R, W, 4, 5, and 6 train lines - making your commute anywhere in the city a breeze!

Other Things to Note:
• We have Smart TV with basic cable only. There are streaming apps available however, please use your own log-ins for Netflix, Hulu, etc.
• Pack n Play is subject to availability and is available upon request only.

We had an amazing stay at this property!! The check in process was seamless and the hosts were super responsive to my inquiries. The unit was clean and perfect for the 6 teenagers we brought. The deck was such a great space. The subway was nearby which was convenient. We will definitely stay here again.
