This vacation rental is truly one of a kind! Nestled on 140 acres of serene beauty, it offers two luxurious furnished houses and a magnificent three-level treehouse, making it a perfect getaway.

Amenities

The amenities are top-notch, with 4k TVs, a fully equipped kitchen, a pool table, and a Memphis grill. Whether you're relaxing by the wood-burning fireplaces, enjoying the large outdoor firepit, or fishing in the stocked ponds, you're in for an unforgettable experience. The main house kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and warming drawer. There are also two full-size refrigerators and a separate freezer.

The two individual houses provide exceptional privacy, each featuring two bedrooms and a full bathroom with stunning pond views and beautiful sunsets. The homes are tastefully furnished and come with fresh, high-quality linens. Additionally, there's a three-level treehouse that will delight children.

Loved that property is remote and very quiet. Great yard for kids, dog and adults to play in. Kids loved it. Houses are beautiful with nice decor. Host was very responsive. Had a great three day stay!

Best birthday ever!!

Red Bird Ranch was absolutely amazing! Celebrated a big birthday with my adult children and their spouses. It was awesome to have a well appointed house fully equipped with a pool table, an outdoor gas fireplace, a state-of-the-art grill and an outdoor fire pit. The second house with two bedrooms and a little living area was 20 steps away. It was a 25 minute drive in to Round Top where we went shopping and just enjoyed each other‘s company. The property was beautiful and very peaceful. There was even a little pond where you could fish. The owners were so nice, easy to reach and always responsive. We will definitely return to Red Bird Ranch!

Memorable Fun

It it a beautiful property perfect for 2 families to stay. We had additional family over for a birthday and Thanksgiving meal. We fished, played volleyball, and sat around the fire pit making s'mores every night. We all discussed wishing we had a similar property to gather at regularly!

Beautiful setting for an awesome home and guest house

Layout was perfect, the setting was private, well kept green lawn, clean home, cool fire pit sitting area, all the amenities provided, we had so much fun. Host was exceptional with communicating and accommodating our needs as well! We will be back again!

Perfect Family Vacation!

We booked the cabins for a multi-generation family vacation, and loved being in this beautiful place. The cabins were clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed and more. We spent mornings sipping coffee on the porches, and hot afternoons playing pool and cards. In the evenings we watched old family movies and took walks down the gravel roads around the property. It was quiet and peaceful! We did have an issue with the dryer, but Gary responded so quickly, sending someone who had it fixed in no time. We are already talking about returning for a weekend in the Fall.

Perfect relaxing family-time getaway

Just the perfect spot and the perfect house(s). Main house has a main room with TV area + pool table + dining area all in eyesight of one another but with the spaces feeling separate - perfect for a family to hang out and be together even if doing different activities. Second house provides great privacy if needed. Overall one of the best equipped vacation rentals I've seen - every piece of technology, appliance, and cookware was same caliber I have at home. Great communication with the hosts before and during the trip. Multiple outdoor spaces to sit and find shade at any time of day. We'll be back!

Great place to spend time with family 1 hour from Houston

Great place to go spend time with your family and relax. Easy to get to from Houston. Nice lake to fish in and lots of land for the dogs to run around. My family of 5 had a great time here for 4 days. Owner is great with communication and very responsive.

We did not want to leave this wonderful place!

We looked for a rental near Round Top because we wanted to attend a concert at Festival Hill and to celebrate a birthday together. What we found here was a beautiful setting, beautiful home, beautiful horses to admire, beautiful pond for the grandsons to fish in, etc. The obvious attention to detail the owners provide to enhance the experience for their guests is everywhere! Beautiful Country Farmhouse

The place was in great shape and the property was beautiful. The house had a french country feel with horses in the back. The owner was accommodating and communicative. We were in the area for an ultra-marathon, but I definitely want to come back when we have more time to enjoy.

Beautiful ranch for the whole family to unwind & recharge!

The whole family of 5 enjoyed our stay at the ranch! Boys enjoyed fishing in the 2 ponds. Everyone was comfortable in the amenities that are available at property (especially the WiFi being "good" in the boys' minds). The main house and cottage were beautifully furnished and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Greg (the host) was super hospitable and prompt on answering all our questions or concerns. Highly recommended to all to enjoy personally!

Tranquil Retreat

A very peaceful and relaxing visit. The guys enjoyed fishing in the pond. Our dogs loved exploring the property. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a peaceful setting to unwind.

Beautiful Ranch in Peaceful Surroundings

My husband and I absolutely loved the ranch. It is very well appointed, and the surroundings are covered in wildflowers as you make your journey there. The ranch foreman greeted us upon our arrival and showed us around to familiarize us with everything. There are ponds for fishing, beautiful horses on the property, and just so much peace and quiet. We enjoyed going into nearby Round Top for an afternoon one day, and then to a winery the next - other than that we just completely enjoyed the property. The owners were so helpful and kind with our questions about the area, and welcomed us with 2 bottles of wine. We loved it and hope to come back again soon!

This was by far the best rental we have ever had!! Facilities were over the top!! Everything we needed was right there! Gorgeous location!! All extremely clean and comfortable! Highly recommend!!
