Cindy was such an accommodating host that was easy to reach. Everything you need can be found at this house which was large enough for our group of 9. We were pleased with our stay!

I can’t say enough good things about my family’s experience renting this home for one week. The whole experience from start to finish was perhaps the best I’ve encountered over a very long time as I rent a lot of vacation homes along the east coast. The home is beautiful, surrounded by Palms, wildlife and green. It’s well stocked, clean, spacious and yet cozy at the same time. The amount of natural light that comes through the whole house with a view of the outdoor pool area is inviting and relaxing. As if the home was not enough on its own, Cindy, the owner, is simply first rate. A gracious, attentive and responsive host, she adds another layer of warmth and welcome that is unmatched. My whole family looks forward to returning in the near future.

Cindy is an amazing host and always available for any tips/questions. One of the best host we had ever dealt with. The house is very clean and well furnished. We also like the privacy and this place is very great. If you want to relax from you busy work and enjoy the outdoor in a quiet place, this is the place. We will definitely come back there

House was stocked with anything you might need or want. Quiet place to stay, but not far from any thing you might want. The grandkids really enjoyed the pool. We had a great time, will use them again.

Great Vacation

Enjoyed staying at this property, it was clean, spacious and in a great location. Enjoyed the pool with my family. New Smyrna Beach is only 15 min away and Daytona 25-30 min. Property owner was very attentive and easy to get in touch with.

Perfect for our group

This house was perfect for our group of 10 - plenty of space for everyone and a huge pool area with several tables, chairs and loungers. Homeowner is very responsive and helpful with any questions or needs. Would definitely rent this property again!

Amazing

Cindy and her husband are amazing people love how friendly and just down to earth people they are . The property on the house is amazing as well. Everything was so fresh and clean and just overall beautiful. We’ll go back there every year I highly recommend them.

Thanksgiving Getaway

Our family had an amazing stay! The home and property were absolutely beautiful, and the pool was a highlight for everyone. Having pool and beach toys available was such a thoughtful bonus. We even cooked our Thanksgiving dinner there and enjoyed it poolside—it couldn’t have been more perfect! Cindy was incredibly communicative and helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely book this property again when we return to Florida. Highly recommend!

Private setting close to everything

Had an incredible stay with our big family. Everything we needed for a great reunion & celebration. Beautiful home & fantastic pool/hot tub area. Kids & adults loved it! Only difficulty was master bedroom & additional bedroom on same side of house struggled to keep cool so we had to buy fan in order to sleep. Thanks for a great stay!

We can't say enough about our vacation! It was well stocked with towels, sheets, soaps and all items needed. The house itself was very spacious with pleny of room for the children to play as well for the adults to relax. The kitchen was very well stocked with all you'd need. The pool was fun and it was great cooking out. Loved every minute of it!

Exceeds Expectations!

After landing more than 5 hours later than expected, due to flight delays, the owner surprised us with much appreciated beverages and snacks awaiting our eager yet tired arrival! The home is welcoming and beautiful and close to all that New Smyrna Beach has to offer. Our family would/will not hesitate to stay here again! Thank You!

Great house!

We had a great time at this location. 2 adults + 3 kids (6, 11, 15) and a dog. The house was very clean, there was a lot of housewares, toys and games, and pool and beach gear available for use. My kids didn't even want to leave because they were having so much fun with the pool! It was about a 12-minute drive to the main NSB area with easy parking options, but also had plenty of stores and restaurants in between. We were there during July 4th, and enjoyed the fireworks nearby. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Christmas week!

The photos, description and reviews did not disappoint! This house was perfect for our family for Christmas. Cindy was so easy to work with and was so very gracious in decorating the house for us. There were plenty of spaces for everyone to gather separately or all together! The pool/spa were a huge hit too! Even our dogs enjoyed. The house was overly equipped for anything you might need. Would defintely stay here again. Thanks Cindy!

Best vacation ever!!!

Cindy was very accommodating for us She went out of her was to make sure we had everything we needed. She helped out with my oxygen delivery making sure it was in the house for me. This was more than a rental property. It was more like a beautiful resort.

Our family and friends thoroughly enjoyed this property. It was more than just a house for rent; it was like staying at a vacation resort. We even had the pleasure of seeing wildlife in the backyard, i.e., deer, raccoons, squirrels, peacocks, and even a cow. So much fun to watch. My husband enjoyed feeding the deer and watching them arrive every night. Such a relaxing vacation. The pool and spa were wonderful. Can't say enough about how welcome we felt. Thank you Cindy and Dan for all your help with any questions we had.
