  • Best Deal in New Smyrna that sleeps up to 4!!! With Hugh 75' X 10' Shared Pool. If you don't want to rent a LARGE RV & then pay the $50/nite camp ground fees!!! this is your deal. Its my personal Large 2011 36' Homestead North Trail Travel Trailer in excellent condition fully, equipped , stocked & set up on my New Smyrna Beach property in a quiet area only 3.5 miles from New Smyrna's World Famous, Drive on Beach. Its 300+ sq ft with 1 queen and 2 small bunk beds & a extra fold down bed in kitchen & all the comforts of home. Everything is included, stocked kitchen, 2- Smart TV's , WIFI, Shared washer & dryer, even a 2nd shared shower in garage if you need two showers. There is also a outside table chairs & grill so everything is handy as your relaxing under the shade of our big Cedar tree or getting a suntan. It has a Large 75’ X 10’ screened in pool/partial covered, refreshing pool, its slightly warmer then the seasonal NSB ocean temperature, you have shared access to. along with the other current guests of the 3 other accommodations on property. Notice: Video surveillance cameras monitor outside of guest homes , pool & common areas, for your protection. Note: There is a $90 per stay additional non refundable pet fee for up to 2- 50lb max dogs or cats. If you forgot pay this fee at time of booking VBRO will bill you upon arrival.

This was a fantastic stay! Mrs. Kim was an amazing host and even when we came back from our festival at midnight and discovered we didnt have power for some strange reason, she came out...at midnight.. and fixed it. Then zero issues after that. I would definitely stay here again. I don't normally do reveiews but this place definitely deserves it!!

Great family fun property

This property is great place for families lots of space for kids to play yet quite area ,easy to get to beach and town. Kim the property manager is the best she goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable.

Great stay

Worked out great for two people. Had everything we needed and very comfortable. Kim, the manager, was very responsive and helpful. Close to my family as well, which was very important. Enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay here again in the future

Quiet, nicely managed place to stay.

Comfortable accommodations. Location was peaceful. The pool was so handy for the children to enjoy while the adults planned and packed for the day's outing. Washer and dryer facilities were good. The management made sure we were comfortable and provided us with much more than we ever expected!

First stay in an RV ever!

Friendly place! Private enough for some much needed rest and relaxation. Very close proximity to the folks we came to see. Will check availability next time, too. Well managed, well equipped unit.

RV experience

This was our first experience staying in a RV. Check in was easy. Served our purposes well for our visit. We did find it a bit dark inside. Location was convenient to grocery store and eating. It was quiet and peaceful…enjoyed the pool. Thanks.

We got this because of a great price and location as we thought we'd have 3 to 5 people stay. As it turns out there were just two of us and I opted for the bunk bed. One was too high off the ground to get in and out of and the ladder was against the wall making it difficult to get up. The other bed was too short (about 1 to 2 feet too short). Otherwise it was a good place to stay and the property manager was the best ever.

We didn’t know what to expect when we got to the property because pictures show you 1thing but to see it for ourselves is another thing. The pictures did not disappoint. The RV was clean, had tons of storage and was quite comfortable. There was plenty of linens and things like toilet paper and paper towels. No need to get utensils, cookware or any dining ware because those things have also been supplied.Though I didn’t spend a lot of time using the pool, when I did, it was lovely. Refreshing and cool. It’s a nice length and depth plus there are floaties, lol. No, the pool isn’t heated but really, do you want that in these heat, not me. A special thanks and mention to the property manager, Kim. She is wonderful! She is friendly, professional, informative and very kind. If we had any issues or questions, she was more than happy to answer them. She even gave us great suggestions for dinning and things to do. I can tell she really cares about what she does and how the property is maintained. I will note that there are other properties at the location so you do share the laundry room and pool. The convenience of shopping and things to see and do was great. I would highly recommend this property for a comfy, cozy stay.

I selected this RV/Camper option and was happy with the unit and its cleanliness. I didn't like the fact that I could not set my own code on the door and questioned that upon arrival. I know the codes can be made to the occupants choice having stayed in other Vrbo units using this same device. Don't understand the hesitation on the owner part. I resolved myself that it was going to be okay and it was. But the unit was in the back and if I didn't have my dog I would have left.
