Downstairs, enjoy two inviting bedrooms – one King and a room with a double bed and bunk beds. The bathroom boasts a tiled walk-in shower and essential amenities. The fully equipped kitchen and generous living room with a 65" Smart TV ensure comfort for the whole group.
Our high-end customer service is at your disposal, ensuring a memorable stay. The finest mattresses guarantee your utmost comfort, prompting some guests to purchase the same for their homes. The back patio beckons with a fire pit, gas grill, dining table, and lounge chairs for cherished gatherings.
You'll have access to the entire property, except for the upstairs unit. Everything else on the property is yours alone to use. Ample private parking for RVs, trailers, or up to 8 cars.

Rainy Spring Break

We didn’t have Spring Break weather, but it enabled us to explore the area, and find things to do other than sit on the beach. We had a great time! New Smyrna is a perfect beach town with a lot to explore and do. The house was perfect for us! It had everything we needed as a home base! Check in was super easy, the owners were awesome! Loved the outside seating area, like our own personal garden.

Great Location for our Getaway !

The property is within walking distance to the beach and a short car ride from Flager Street, where local short and restaurants are located. The property owners did a great job with the decor and special touches like a fresh lemon bun cake! Everything was very clean, and we had everything we needed during our stay. We would be back again.

Nice house a few steps from the sand.

An outdoor shower would have been a plus but other than that, house was really good. I didn’t like that people fishing on beach were in same place as swimming but that’s a New Smyrna Beach thing I guess.

Wonderful stay!

We loved our stay here. The place was clean and well appointed. The beds are really comfortable and same with the over sized couch. The proximity to the beach is very convenient. We were happy to find beach chairs that we could take with us to the beach too. The host always replied promptly to our messages. We hope to come back some day!

Can’t beat this property!

To start off, the house itself is adorable with beautiful decor and the most comfy couch and beds. The location can’t be beat! It’s close enough to all the action but you get the benefit of no cars on the beach and the beach is just steps from the house. Coleman and Emily were incredibly helpful and left some amazing dinner recommendations. Don’t miss this gem!

Great location and perfect for 2 families attending wedding

Clean and comfortable with all the amenities. Only a minute or two walk to the beach. Great shower. Plenty of parking. Interior had almost new feel to it.

Close to many great restaurants!

Property was very nice. Convenient to many great restaurants. Beach access is a little tricky but I was prepared because of the excellent communication with the owner. Owner was very quick to respond to my questions. I highly recommend this rental!

Beautiful home

Beautiful home and stunning decor. Pros: fantastic living room setup. HUGE couch and tv. Comfy master bed and luxuriously soft comforter and sheets. Large bathroom with excellent water pressure. Only disappointment was communication particularly regarding beach access. When inquiring about beach access at the end of the street just 2 weeks before our stay, I was told the walkover would not be built but “the current foot path has actually widened and is more convenient than it was before. It is quite an easy beach access, but still not appropriate if someone in your party is in a wheel chair or you need to bring a large beach cart.” In reality access required climbing over a fence (with city signs saying not to climb over and to stay off dunes) and then maneuvering down a 10 foot drop over soft sand. I messaged the owner a few times regarding other issues and beach access. In general, I felt communication to be cold and my concerns disregarded.

Als Zwischenstop

Das Strandhaus ist sehr stilvoll und hochwertig ausgestattet. Es gibt sehr viele Steckdosen und auch Ladestationen, das ist super, weil so etwas sonst häufig fehlt. Unsere Tochter wollte das Bett am liebsten mitnehmen, so gemütlich fand sie es. Zum Strand gelangt man über den nahe gelegenen Zugang eine Straße weiter. Wir haben keine Utensilien mitgenommen, darum war das für uns kein Problem. Man kann scheinbar endlos weit spazieren gehen und dabei Delfine oder auch Haie beobachten. Tipp: Tiefe Teller wären gut… Fazit : Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, es war sehr gemütlich.

We loved our stay here! We will definitely stay at this property again.

We loved our stay here! The house was clean and had everything we needed for our little family. The decor made it feel a little more upscale. The couch was so roomy our family of 5 could all snuggle up and have a movie night together. The beds were super comfortable so much so that we checked the brand of the master bedroom mattress so we can purchase one for home. Although there isn’t a direct beach access currently, its a short walk around a hotel which passes a super fun playground/ public park that our kids loved. We had a great stay and will definitely be back next time we are on the east coast.

Fantastic little property

This building is incredibly well located, easy to find and get to, and super simple to check in and out of. We had a great time getting burnt at the beach and coming back to the spacious unit for some relax and family time. Definitely recommend.

Fun Beach Getaway

We had a lovely little getaway at this property with a great short walk to the beach. This house was perfect for our needs of a family of 3, space for our daughter to have her own room so we could have relaxing evenings not crammed in a hotel room. Space for breakfast and a space for laundry is a must with kiddos! Definitely recommend this place and would love to visit again some day!

Great location.

The place was clean, and we loved the location. The Coleman’s mentioned lots of yummy restaurants and we tried several and were very happy with them all. Pictures are accurate. It was a little tight with the 6 of us Sharing one bathroom but we made it work. Overall great!

Perfect family home

We had two small children and a teen. This house was absolutely perfect. The owner was more than ready to help us and accommodate our needs. The pictures are spot on and it’s just a short walk to the beach. This was a great experience all around!
