The beautiful white sand beach here compels you to dig your toes in the sand, look for shells, build a sand castle, or pick up a surfboard and hit the waves. Views of the ocean are great from every room, but the view from the balcony is almost breathtaking.

There are many exceptional restaurants, art galleries, and unique shops in the New Smyrna Beach while easy access to many of Florida's attractions; Orlando, Disney, Universal, Kennedy Space Center, Daytona Beach, and Florida's oldest city, Saint Augustine, are minutes away.

Our condo sleeps eight comfortably with a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom and bunk room that sleeps 4 children with a twin/full bunk bed . Want to get away for a few minutes relax in the king and queen bedrooms while you watch the channels you want on your private TV. Like the rest of the condo the bedrooms are decorated in a colorful beach decor that makes each room enjoyable.

Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided at the owner's discretion.
