3 bedroom Pool home that is 100 yards to beach....has all the amenities you will need...beach towels and chairs...pool with chairs ...washer and dryer.... First bedroom has queen bed and TV. 2nd bedroom has full size bed. 3rd bedroom has daybed (2 twin beds). Family room with 50" TV connected to kitchen...Dining Room..Living room with 50" TV with a game room table and Bar with separate refrigerator.
There is also a studio on property where the owners stay when in town and they have their own parking and laundry. They don't use the pool.

Short walk to beach

We loved our stay here, very quiet even with the house being on a major road through this perfect little beach town ! House is perfect for famlies staying together. Two living rooms. Plenty of space!! The pool with private and always ready for aswim

Great for a family

We (2 adults and a 15 month old) stayed here in December. The property was great when you have a baby as it has a door that blocks off one of the living rooms and kitchen from the bedrooms. Once you put the baby to bed you can still stay up and the noise/ tv won’t keep them up. The heating/AC/fan system is quite loud so for light sleepers this isn’t the place for you. We were hoping to use the pool but weren’t able to as it was pretty cold outside and the pool does not have a heater. We walked to the beach instead which is right across the street and loved it! The property is up kept well with gardeners and pool maintenance people coming regularly. The owners have great communication.

Great vacation home

Loved the location of the house. It is near many great restaurants and stores. The walk to the beach is so easy. We loved the pool and the house is great and really has most of what you need. I thought it was a great value for the money. The host was attentive to any questions or needs that I had.

We had a wonderful vacation and enjoyed our time in Florida. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The pool is definitely the highlight!

Spacious home in a great location

This house is just across A1A from the beach and also has a nice pool with beautiful sunset views. Very comfortable accommodations with 2 separate living rooms and TVs. Really the only downside to the layout is that one of the full bathrooms is located right off the kitchen, but certainly not a big issue. The pool has regular cleaning service and laundry is located in a 1/2 bathroom off the pool. It's a great neighborhood and walking distance from both SoNapa restaurant and Flagler Ave. Exercise on the beach every day....we really enjoyed the This house is a good value for sure and we would recommend to anyone spending a winter in NSB!
