"Thank You. Excellent position,close to The Avon River and Riverside Market. Very picturesque setting and convenient to shops and restaurants. We did struggle with the T.V. remotes and the Heating control but these issues may have been reflective of our age. Perhaps precise written instructions could be provided."

"The unit was super comfortable with quality fittings and bedding, fit provides everything we needed including good kitchenette facilities. The parking is secured at night with key entry which was a pleasant surprise. Location is wonderful with an easy walk to restaurants, the town centre and the new stadium. The cream on top of a really great property was the wonderful host, we will for sure be back! "

"The staff were genuinely friendly, helpful, and professional, which made a real difference to our stay. Breakfast was fresh, with plenty of variety and more than enough to choose from. The room and bed were modern, clean, and very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised overall and would highly recommend staying here. "Service was very friendly and helpful. The upgrade was appreciated and the fact that I could checkin earlier after a long flight. Location is great close to a bakery in what seems like a good neighborhood. Bed was comfortable , heater in the bathroom was great Z soap, conditioner and shampoo provided. Maybe the only thing I would change is not charge extra for laundry as it’s off putting."

"It was difficult to find the location on google maps when we left Dunedin, and the uber back to the hotel was confusing - sognage wasn't obvious and clear where the entran was. "
