Preciosa casa de 3 habitaciones y 3 baños

Hermosa puesta de sol vistas, hermoso complejo como configuración. Esta casa tiene 3 dormitorios, 3 baños y una gran cocina. Cada habitación tiene su propia pantalla plana t. v. sala de estar tiene 55 pulgadas de pantalla plana t. v. Televisión por cable incluido internet inalámbrico incluido. Le encantará el patio trasero, ya que tiene una hermosa piscina climatizada con una gran cantidad de cubiertas para tomar el sol y una caja de arena pequeña para los niños. El patio también alberga una cabaña tiki con barbacoa y un muelle de 40 pies de donde se puede pescar. Acceso a bote, kayak y alquiler de jetski a pocos minutos de la casa. Está a solo 12 minutos en bote de la isla anclote y el bar de arena. Absolute perfection! This house has been revamped - brand new appliances, marble countertops, new flooring - all in a timeless white / off white color scheme. We felt like we’d stepped into a magazine! Brand new kitchenware (plates / utensils / pots and pans), beautiful new bedding, lush throw blankets around the house for snuggling up in the AC after a long day in the sun. The bathrooms were beautiful and functional - suited our family of 6 just perfectly. The outside pool was, by far, everything we had hoped and wanted it to be. I had pool floats / tubes delivered to the house (Amazon) — there were days we didn’t even leave the house and just lounged by the pool the entire day. We felt so at home here. If I could rate this house 10 stars, I would!

The pool and water view were amazing, the house was beautiful, the beds were so comfortable and the host was super easy to get a hold of. I hated to leave, it was a great experience.

Multigenerational family vacation

This home is exactly as advertised. It is comfortable (beds were amazing). Tons of kitchen stuff and the pool was perfect. Fishing off the private dock was a fun activity. It is a quiet neighborhood near everything. A great home base for shopping, the beach and downtown Tampa. We enjoyed the property and our time in Florida immensely.

New Port Richey Vacation

Location-Location

The location of this house is amazing; however the no-see-ums were horrible and without the screen it was not possible to sit outside at dinner time or after, or in the mornings. The house could use a little "refresh"...particularly the bed in the little bedroom. Both parties that stayed in that room did not sleep well. A couple of the small kitchen appliances did not work, but we made do without.....I brought my own coffee pot thankfully as the Keurig did not work.

Great place for 3 couples Close to the ocean was able to park our boat there Online pics just two pics were not accurate one was water spouting out and the other was outdoor type barbecue area but it still had a barbecue !! Caught fish on canal seen dolphins catching fish!! Very close to restaurants and shopping area Pool table could use some updated pool sticks But was still usable and it did get used!!! In the evenings due to the no see ums but all in all very good place Would stay there again!!

Wonderful Home!

My family of 4 had an amazing stay in this home! It was clean, spacious and was perfect for our family vacation. The kitchen was spacious with plenty of seating and well stocked. The pool table was a hit with our teen boys (although it has seen better days) and we were happy to use it! The outdoor space was beautiful, including a clean pool, tiki bar, plenty of lounge chairs and a great dock that my boys spent hours fishing off of! We were able to see stingrays, a dolphin and a manatee right off our dock! We had an issue with the coded lock one day but Marc was easy to get a hold of and had it fixed before we even got back from our errands. He even gave us a late check out last minute due to our late flight and me spacing out our 11:00 checkout! I would absolutely stay here again! I think this home would be great for a family or even 2 or 3 couples!

Perfect Rental

The house was absolutely beautiful and located in a perfect location near a main canal leading to the Gulf of Mexico . There was ample seating for guests on the patio, in addition to a tiki bar.

Beautiful home on the water

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful place. The home is just like the pictures and the owner was very responsive to our questions. We loved the views, the pool area, and the location on the canal system. This rental home is well stocked and maintained. The Gulf Harbor neighborhood is very nice and close to grocery stores and restaurants.

Outdoor oasis

This property has the ideal outdoor setup! The sandpit was the perfect spot to watch the sunrise in the morning. The dock was brand new and perfect for our rental boat as well as fishing. The owner was wonderful about answering any questions prior to and during our stay. We would definitely come back!

The property met and exceeded our expectations. The inside of the house had enough space to accommodate a family without feeling crowded. The owner provided amenities needed to make a memorable experience. The views from the backyard of the house were amazing as you watched a parade of boats all day long. We even saw two dolphins swim by the dock of the house.

Do not believe the bad reviews!! This property is in great condition. Lovely home and grounds. New Tiki Bar, Dock and everything up to date. The pool was glorious, beds comfy, kitchen stocked. Enjoyed sitting by the pool and canal with all the wildlife visiting.

Wonderful Time

We split the difference between Tampa and Crystal River by staying here. It was relaxing. The house, pool, and outside were all very clean. Great views of the water and wildlife on the little canal. We saw opossum, manatee, eagles, cranes, dolphins, and all other sorts of birds and creatures from the dock and pool. It was quite and just a really nice place to spend time with family. The owner was very responsive. Great property for a peaceful getaway.
