Lovely fresh accommodation with private garden BBQ area for you to relax in with a glass of New Zealand Wine. Two plate cooktop, Microwave and Electric Frypan in unit.Fold up bed for children and a Portacot, Highchair and Stroller for baby.150Metre walk to local shops which include Dairy, Bakery, Fish and chips, Chinese Takeaway/Buffet and The Coffee Guy. Walk across the road to Pukekura Raceway for a flutter on Race Day, the TSB Stadium or the Bowl 0f Brooklands (eg: WOMAD), and to stroll through Pukekura Park renowned for its beauty or perhaps watch a 20/20 cricket game from the Terraces. For the Len Lye Centre, Nightlife, Restaurants and Cafe’s choose 2 minutes by car or stroll through the park to the CBD on a lovely day. Our famous scenic Coastal Walkway is there to enjoy a walk, cycle or skate or maybe a swim in our local beach’s or the Aquatic Pool Centre. PLEASE NOTE: Second Queen bedroom with own ensuite is detached from King Studio across small courtyard and has Freeview TV. This room may not be suitable for young chidren.
Take a 30 minute drive to Mt Taranaki to experience the numerous natural attractions it has to offer.

Everything You Need

Warmly welcomed though allowed privacy. Everything we needed was provided. Very comfortable beds. Great having the 2 studios. Easy access and parking near the door without steps to climb. Lovely garden area. Spotlessly clean. Surprisingly quiet at night as on a busy road which meant we were central and walking distance to shop, takeaways, bakery etc. Short drive to city and waterfront and Pukekura Park and river walks. Great value! Thank you so much for making our stay most enjoyable.

What a little Gem!

what a fabulous get a way.. spent 3 nights and enjoyed every minute. The property was wonderful and my little dog was able to enjoy being outside with us in a completely fenced area. The gardens were gorgeous and inviting. My friend and I had our own space and was just great. Thanks to the Hosts for making our mini break so enjoyable. Would definitely stay again

Absolutely fantastic accommodation

We had the most fantastic stay and really didn’t want to leave. Such a relaxing and peaceful place to enjoy as our hosts were just the loveliest couple and their attention to detail was so noticeable as was their generosity. We cannot say enough good things about their beautiful home stay and hope to stay again. The location was perfect and the outside area just so beautiful to sit and relax in- a very memorable stay and one we hope to repeat one day soon. Thank you so much for having us .😀😀

very accommodating accommodation

We had a quick stay because of a change in plans necessitating we arrive one day late. Del was so kind to offer us the option of staying another night (unfortunately we couldn't). They warmly welcomed us and our dog and put their cat in their house so that everyone was happy. It is so nice to stay somewhere that understands pets and welcomes them. The studio was clean and friendly and everything we needed.

All you could ask for and more

We were there for five nights. We were made very welcome as was our wee dog. Beer and wine in fridge, choccies with coffee. Comfy bed and the shower was the best! Thank you Del and Graeme.

Excellent location!

The property was an excellent location for an 11 night stay for a sporting event. The hosts were delightful to meet and the property was extremely clean and tidy. The little touches of the chocolates are a great example of how much thought goes into making the guests feel comfortable. We would definitely come back!

Delight In Welbourn

Delighted with the accommodation and welcome. Extremely comfortable and clean. High quality linens and towels. Fully fenced, great if you have children or, as I did, a small dog. Would definitely visit again and recommend to other visitors to the Taranaki.

My friends and I loved staying here - the location is great. Del & Graeme are lovely and were even concerned when they hadn’t seen us because we spent the day sightseeing. The wine on arrival was lovely and the place had so many lovely ‘small touches’ that make it enjoyable like the bowl of chocolates in the kitchen and it even has things like glad wrap and Panadol!! The linens are beautiful and it’s a great play to stay so we have already booked to return
