A five-minute stroll to the CBD allows you to enjoy arts, culture, restaurants, and shopping. Venture a bit further along the walkway to connect with stunning swimming beaches and the New Plymouth breakwater, where you can enjoy the many restaurants located on the water's edge. On hot days, the kids and adults alike will enjoy a dip in the family-size swimming pool in the backyard!

- Properties are cleaned prior to guests' arrival to meet the Ministry of Health commercial cleaning standards

- A part end-of-stay cleaning service is included, covering bathrooms, mopping, and rubbish removal

- Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state
