Our home is located in the Garden District, one of the most historic neighborhoods in New Orleans. At your doorstep are Greek revival and Victorian mansions, galleries, boutiques, and world-class restaurants. While this charming part of town provides a tranquil refuge from the thrill of the French Quarter, it is truly a destination in itself.

All guests after booking will receive a list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.

Getting Around:
While the neighborhood offers plenty to do and see on foot, the FQ and downtown are a 10 minute ride away.

HOUSE DISCLOSURES

–We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group!
–The pool is open and heated from Labor Day through Memorial Day. If you are booking dates bordering these holidays and are interested in having the pool heated, please let us know and we will determine if this request can be accommodated with our winterizing schedule.

–We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.
–We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information.
–We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only.

Beautiful house in a fun neighborhood!

This is a very comfortable, beautiful property in the Irish channel – a fun, walkable NOLA neighborhood. The bedrooms were very comfortable, the kitchen was well-appointed, and the spa pool was a hit, especially with the kids! The property is well-managed and hosts are quick to respond to questions. Neighbors are a bit sensitive to noise, so plan to move any socializing inside after 10 PM. A great place for families visiting New Orleans!

Great Place

10 people ages 15-50. We had a great time and there was plenty of room. The house is clean and very up to date. I did mark a little off because the pool was a little misleading. It’s more like a large hot tub size. Also, we weren’t allowed to turn the air down up stairs below 70 and it was very warm. The thermostat said it was 70, but it was definitely warmer than that.

Lovely Stay in the Garden District

This property was great--looked exactly as the listing described (very clean), lovely neighborhood a short walk from some cute shops and restaurants on Magazine Street, and easy to get in and out with the instructions from the manager. FYI, there was very little flexibility from the manager on the check-in time--so 4:00 p.m. means 4:00 p.m. Also, manager sent a separate agreement in addition to VRBO's terms and conditions and wouldn't release the property's address until I signed it. Wasn't an issue for me because I knew our group was super tame, but if that makes you squirrely, then I wouldn't recommend.
