This newly renovated/redecorated, gorgeous 8 bedroom, 4 full bath, 2 living room home sleeps 22 guests. This home features a scenic balcony with a large outdoor dining space, outdoor couches, a gas fire pit, and your very own grill. Enjoy expansive living spaces with incredible water views, a well equipped kitchen, a formal dining and bar area, and more.

For wintertime guests, the home has central heating, 3 gas and electric fireplaces, one outdoor fire pit for your comfort. The outdoor fall and winter season views of the landscape and water are beautiful from all angles of the home. The close-by casinos also regularly host concerts and events in the winter season. The home is also decorated for fall and then turned into a winter wonderland for December and the holidays.

Guests will have private access to all outdoor space including to two outdoor dining table and an outdoor fire pit with 9 couches/chairs. You’ll also have exclusive access to two stories within the home and to 3 carload BEACH PASSES to Ocean Beach Park (4 minute scenic drive).

This villa is located at the mouth of the Thames River where it joins the Long Island Sound and looks out into the Atlantic Ocean. From our house you can see the local lighthouse on a distant island and submarines travelling to and from the base up the river.

There are 8 spacious bedrooms within the home. There are 3 bottom floor bedrooms (A) 1 king bed (B) a queen bed and bunkbed (C) a king bed and 5 second floor bedrooms (D) Trundle bed with two single beds (E) King bed and two memory foam twin beds (F) a full bed and a twin bed (G) a king bed and full futon couch/bed (H) a full bed. All beds reside within the bedrooms and not common areas.

Guests have access to 3 carload passes to nearby Ocean Beach Park. Ocean Beach park has a large beach, playground, pool, spray park, mini golf, water slide, restaurant, carousel, kiddie rides, arcade, and gym. They have a weekly program of special events such as live music, movie on the beach night, family activities, etc. Guests can also book access to Neptune Park Beach for 10 or visit other local beautiful beaches and pay a small fee by the carload.

This property includes one driveway and on-street parking in front of the home (all free of course). The half circle of gravel in front of the property is meant to be a walkway only.

Up to two dogs are allowed for a fee of $150. No outdoor music, games, or loud activity during quiet hours which begin at 9 pm. This is a family neighborhood and strict outdoor noise rules are enforced.
