KITCHEN - KITCHEN / DINING AREA: This kitchen has an open concept and fully stocked for all your cooking needs. This kitchen is ideal for the small family vacation with the open concept to the living room area so everyone can enjoy each other's company. The kitchen table has seating for 4.
LIVING ROOM: The living room has a queen-size couch, love seat, coffee table, end table with lamp. Smart TV with cable access and Free WIFI. The living room is open to the dining area.
DECK- The deck area overlooks a large lake, with seating for everyone for your early morning coffee, or your fun evening BBQ's. This deck will be the center point of your stay; we are absolutely sure you will enjoy it as much as we do. The home also has an amazing screen in porch that you can enjoy lake views from. Outside there is also a grilling area for you to use during your stay. We also provide 2 Kayak's for your use while enjoying your lake days.
LINENS & COMPLIMENTARY TOILETRIES INCLUDED:
Linen for all the beds, towels, washcloths, a kitchen dish towel & dish rag set as well as 1 STARTER size set of shampoo, conditioner, soap & 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels and several trash bags.

Marina (guests are welcome to bring their own personal watercrafts but the security gate will charge you a $50 guest entry fee. There are two parking lots that you can park your vehicle/boat and trailer at, they are 72 hour lots. If your stay is longer than that, you should move your vehicle to the other lot to avoid a ticket).
Fishing Pier (you must purchase NC fishing license, there is no fishing allowed at beach or on boardwalk, only at the pier)

Other things to note:
The closest grocery store is 20 mins away (Lowes Food) or there is a Dollar General that has some grocery items as well a few minutes outside the neighborhood.
There are only a few restaurants in the area. Cheers is in the neighborhood, 812 Grill (a food truck at the front of the neighborhood entrance just before pulling in) and Scallywags is just a 10 min drive.
The house is fully stocked to cook and enjoy your meals on the enclosed patio or deck looking at the lake. (Stove, Oven, Microwave, and propane grill)
Some attractions near our house include: NC Zoo, Uwharrie National Forest, Badin Lake, gold mines, Old North State Club Golf Course, Just minutes from Badin Family Restaurant and the charming Badin Drive-In Movie Theatre.

This neighborhood is all park model homes and permanent campers as you will see in the pictures. Perfect little lake community.

Anyone over the age of 16 will need to provide guard gate with valid IDs, please provide names of all individuals that will be staying upon check in that are over the age of 16 so we can have added to guard gate list for ease of your arrival.

***We highly recommend guest(s) to purchase travel insurance for all of those unexpected things that can come up.***
- Smoking: NO SMOKING cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaping, or marijuana ANYWHERE inside the home. The use of any and all illegal drugs on the property or inside the property will result in being removed from the property immediately by law enforcement.
- Pets: NO PETS are allowed at the home or in the home!
- Events/Large groups: No more than 6 guests are to occupy the unit each night. Large parties or loud noise that causes a disruption to the resort and their guests will not only constitute a full charge of the security deposit but will result in the police being called to REMOVE you from the property immediately upon notification.
YOU MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE to rent the home----NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
Please remember this is a PRIVATELY owned home and is not a hotel room. Please treat it as you would your home.

Absolutely NO early check-in unless prior permission was given. We have to have time to prepare the property. This is subject to additional charges if you do check-in early.
Quiet hours are STRICTLY enforced from 10:00pm thru 8:00am. YOU MUST Be respectful of all of the neighbors & The Property Rules!!
Remember since this is not part of a hotel you will not receive daily maid service... If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.
