The Space:

Escape to the ultimate lakefront getaway—perfect for large families and groups! This spacious retreat sleeps up to 20 guests and features 6 bedrooms, a full kitchen and a kitchenette, and plenty of room to relax and gather together.



Enjoy lake access with direct beach access, boathouses, and a pontoon boat included for exploring the water. Spend sunny days swimming, floating on the lake inflatables, or cruising the shoreline, kayaking, .. we have it all.



Inflatables gone for the colder months! They will be back next year!



Back at the house, unwind in the hot tub, challenge friends to a game of billiards, or head to the arcade for some friendly competition. With incredible lake views, tons of entertainment, and space for everyone, this home is designed for unforgettable group getaways, family reunions, and weekend escapes.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to to the whole property with a keycode upon check in.



The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood is a peaceful area with convenient access to Castle Rock Lake in Wisconsin. This unique location opens directly to the bay, offering an ideal escape for relaxation and water activities.



Getting Around:

The property is conveniently located approximately 12 minutes from Mauston, where you'll find grocery stores for your convenience. It's also just 3 miles from the Dirty Turtle and other restaurants situated along the lake. Enjoy easy access to the lake and its waterfront restaurants, reachable within minutes by pontoon.



Other Things to Note:

There will be special instructions for kayaks. Waivers will be sent out and needed for access to the Pontoon Boats. Life jackets are recommended for adults, but are mandatory for all children under the age of 12 wear. Children are to be supervised when in the lake. There is no life guard on duty and it swim at your own risk.



Guest are required to fill Pontoon boats to full before leaving or you will be charged price of fuel plus $50 service fee.



Inflatables gone for the colder months! They will be back next year! Dock #2 has an inflatable slide & water trampoline that is only available for guest staying at Island Bay #2.



The inflatable water park is located between Dock 3 & Dock #4. It is available only for guests staying at Island Bay #3 & Island Bay #4.



Dock #1 has an inflatable slide & water trampoline that is only available for guest staying at Island Bay #1.



Please shower before entering the hot tub.



Please strip the linens, comforters, and throw blankets off of the beds on each floor that were used. Please place the bedding and any used towels in front of the laundry area before leaving.



Interaction with Guests:

You'll receive your access code before check-in. Our team is available 24/7 through the app to assist you during your stay. For those using the pontoon boats, we'll provide a check-in checklist upon arrival and a check-out checklist before you leave. As well as digital waivers will need to be signed for use of the boat.
