Smoking is allowed outside on decks. We ask that family or friends coming to visit park their vehicles in the plaza and do not block the neighbor`s driveway. Parties are not permitted, and if guests are found to be violating these rules the rental agreement will be voided, eviction will be immediate and there will be no refund for any remaining time left until checkout of the bookings. Smoking inside the property will be reported to OTA for remediation costs.
