This is a private 1st floor apartment in a beautiful, two family home. We renovated this house from top to bottom in 2019, putting every ounce of thought and care into creating a space that would be comfortable for our guests. We made sure to include all of the key modern amenities, including central air conditioning, all new kitchen and bath, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, a washer and dryer, and granite counter tops. The unit features two bedrooms with queen beds and a living space with a couch that can be used for another guest as needed.
