"We loved everything about our stay. Our hosts were very kind, and put generous effort into providing delicious breakfasts, giving suggestions about local attractions, and allowing us as much or as little cat time as we wanted. The room we were in was very cozy, with a comfortable bed, and thoughtful touches such as a water kettle for tea or coffee, a small fridge, and a TV setup we didn’t take advantage of. "Whenever we need to stay in Brattleboro, we choose to stay at the Latchis. It’s an excellently preserved building with a great experience. The room was clean, well equipped and quiet. This time we purchased a “taste of Vermont” add on, and it was great. Delicious local cheese and crackers, chocolate and cider, a cherry wood cutting board and a small bottle of maple syrup in a beautiful presentation basket. All in all, this was an excellent trip."
