"Beautifully appointed but lack luster in service & care. Got in after 9p & front desk person said everything in the area was closed for food except delivery. We did Google search & found tons of things within 15 minute drive. Room was nice but cleaning could have been better (found things on floor & in bathroom that should have been cleaned up.) But bed was comfortable, shower was huge (need better shower head to accommodate the space given.) Breakfast was so-so: everything pre packaged except...

"The location of the hotel was fantastic, staff was pleasant and helpful, and everything was very clean. The downsides were the beds, they were not the most comfortable, nor were the pillows. During our stay we had noisy neighbors, having a party at 4 in the morning, but once we called down to the front desk, security took care of it."

"We had the best time at Bedford Post Inn. We were upgraded to a King suite since we were celebrating my boyfriend’s birthday and the the team there really went all out to make sure we were comfortable and had a great time. The breakfast and dinner at the Tavern downstairs is so delicious. We cannot wait to come back!!!!"
