103 N., a brand new luxury built, designer-owned, home downtown with year round heated pool. 6 beds, 6 baths, 3 living spaces each with a 75” TV, game room, 3 seasons room and an amazing bunk room. Leave your car in the driveway and walk to the beach, Stray Dog, Brewsters, Beer Church and Nancys. Relax in the heated pool, play ping pong, shuffleboard, darts, corn hole, board games or work on a puzzle. Grill at home and never leave, you name it 103 N. has everything to have a wonderful vacation.
The space
The house was built and curated for families and friends to enjoy. Three floors with three separate living spaces to enjoy time together with different activities along with an additional game room for fun. The three seasons room is perfect for lounging or having a meal while watching the kids in the pool. The location can’t be beat, in town with access to all the best New Buffalo has to offer.

Our family and friends had an amazing time staying here. The kids were always busy with all the games and of course, the heated pool! We had everything we needed at the house. The house is beautiful and spacious. Perfect for a few families looking for a few days away. It is also a quick walk to shopping and dining.

The house was exactly as advertised!We had a large group for NYE of adults and kids ranging from ages 5-12, and there was something there to do for everyone. The kids never had a "I'm bored" moment!The pool was the icing on the cake. It was 20-25 degrees out all three days we were there and snowing and we enjoyed the pool for hours and hours and it held its temperature with no problem at all!!Heather was absolutely amazing to work with and reaponded to all our questions and needs immediately! We cant wait to plan a summer trip and return to see the town and beaches in the warm weather! We highly recommend this house!!!!

The Best!

This house had everything we needed and more! The property had so much to offer, including a wonderfully heated pool, multiple game, rooms, and lots of space for our family to hang out. This place is highly recommended for families with multiple age groups, and it was so close to downtown and the beach that we hope to come back time and time again, thank you for a wonderful stay!

The Ideal New Buffalo Experience

The property was absolutely beautiful, just like the pictures if not better in person! Everything you could possibly need for your stay the house has. Flawless Experience and Excellent Communication

The house is spectacular and Heather thought of everything. She was the best at quickly responding to questions. This is the most amazing VRBO property I have stayed at in New Buffalo. The house is clean and well decorated. The pool was warm and gorgeous. We will be coming back every year because our experience was amazing.

Unforgettable summer days

What an amazing property. Heather and Rennie have one of the nicest homes we have ever rented. The house was spotless, cool and had a great floor plan for multi-generational gatherings. Fantastic location within walking distance of Oink's ice cream, Hummingbird Lounge (great lemon chicken and salmon), Beer Church (great pizza), Stray Dog and Brewsters. We had a lunch catered by Brewsters and the food was generous and delicious. We spent our days by the pool and evenings playing cards, shuffleboard and music. What a wonderful vacation. We will be back. Thank you Heather and Rennie!

Best property in New Buffalo

We had the most amazing family vacation at this home. The owners are very easy to contact and make you feel right at home. Every amenity is thought of and the house is spotless. The pool is perfect for the kids to play in and the games in the garage keep the kids entertained. You can walk to downtown, the beach, and ice cream! We love this house, the thoughtful owners, and location! We will be back for years to come!

The best getaway!

We had a wonderful girls weekend! It was such an amazing house with plenty of space for everyone to hang out and be comfortable! The pool was perfect and like a hot tub even in the chilly weather. I would recommend this to everyone! The host was so kind and very open and easy to communicate with!

Best house in New Buffalo!

Our group was 3 families with a total of 7 children, ages 3-6. We all had an amazing time! The house is beautiful and you can’t beat the location. The pool and yard were lovely, the various floors provide multiple spaces to hang you, and the kids LOVED the bunk room. Heather was a very responsive house and truly wanted her guests to have a wonderful time at her house. We can’t wait to come back!
