Great MI Beachtown Property!

My wife and I booked this place for New Years Eve, just to get away for a couple days. The condo is beautiful, spacious and well located near downtown New Buffalo. We had snow overnight and views were very pretty. Lots of hiking and restaurants close by. We had a great time and are looking forward to coming back!

Perfect. Liked having the gym and pool. We were able to walk to bars restaurants and The New Buffalo Harvest Wine fest. Very spacious condo and comfortable beds.

Ideal Location

The location was ideal and within walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The parking lot had ample available spots during our stay. We were a little worried about the train going by outside of our bedroom windows, but it didn't bother us at all as the train did not operate overnight. The condo was spacious and nicely decorated.

Great location, mediocre service and response

Place was great, location was spot on but such a large cleaning fee only to have 0 trash bags available to help with clean up and 1 full roll of toilet paper for 6 guest and 2 bathrooms. Hopefully the owner and cleaning service gets on the same page because other than that the place was fine.

Terrific As Always

Fourth year in a row and the stay never disappoints. Owner communication second to none. Condo is spacious and clean. View of and access to the lake are great. Spending mornings and evenings on the patio are constant reminders that you are indeed on vacation. Closeness to Whittaker Street makes all stores, shops and restaurants walking blocks away. We stay for weeks - but the need to sometimes carry groceries, our cars stay parked. - everything is so easy to walk to. Just an absolutely great place to stay.

Wonderful week escape!

I booked this condo on pretty short notice and it lived up to its photos and descriptions perfectly. Everything was seamless. The one time I needed to reach out with a question, the owner was super responsive. We met some lovely people who were also renting in the complex as well as a couple of other owners who happened to be there. Everyone was so friendly! The town of New Buffalo is quaint. We did a little shopping at the boutiques as well as eating out. The Stray Dog rooftop is terrific and we also enjoyed Bentwood and Caseys. We would definitely return!

Great location but check in and out needs improvement

Checking in was very difficult as the lock box is hard to find and even harder to operate (needs to be repaired). The check out list was ridiculously long especially when paying a cleaning fee. Overall the unit was lovely and well maintained. It has great access to everything! Would go back if the check-in and check out were improved.

Wonderful condo and location

We started off having a bit of trouble getting into the condo but the owner, Randy, was very quick to respond help us! The condo is very spacious, nicely decorated and several balconies. One of them overlooking the marina and lake. Large workout room and indoor & outdoor pool.s. Close to everything in New Buffalo! We really enjoyed our stay there! Thank you Randy!

The best spot to stay in New Buffalo!

We loved staying at Bridgewater Place! It’s right in town, so very easy to walk to everywhere you need to go… and a just a few minute walk to the beach and playground which my kids loved! Beautiful unit, the pictures don’t do it justice. Lots of natural light and very spacious. The pool is great too and my husband loved being able to use the gym to workout while we were there. Randy was very responsive to us which we appreciated. We will definitely be back!

NB condo

Entry to the development was very confusing with no instructions. The space was great for different configurations of guests. The construction is horrible; windows leak outside air and it sounds like the Amtrack train is going to plow through the unit. There are blackout shades in the two secondary bedrooms but not in the primary bedroom. Guests are asked to treat this home as their own but I don't think that the owners treat it very well. Multiple light bulbs were burned out, dishwasher does not close properly, soiled covers on the beds and hardware issues from not being properly maintained. You are asked to start the wash and dishwasher before you depart but you have to really scrape to get enough detergent. Location is great, near restaurants and the beach and ample parking for you and guests.

New Buffalo Condo

Overall a wonderful property and fabulous location. The condo is spacious and comfortably furnished. Close to shopping, restaurants and the beach. Loved watching sunsets over the marina. Only recommendation is, it would be nice if a stick vacuum was available. We would have used one, if one was available. Despite great care in trying to avoid bringing sand into the unit (it’s nearly impossible to avoid if you go to the beach) we couldn’t help but feel tiny bits of sand underfoot.
