Looking to get away, relax, and have some fun? The Dam Ranch is the ideal location to entertain. This ranch offers the peace and quiet of the country while offering several outdoor amenities to be enjoyed year-round! This 120-acre ranch offers something for everyone including but not limited to the custom in-ground party style pool, attached cabana, 22-acre lake stocked with bass and catfish, putting green, billiards room, outdoor kitchen, and more!

Inside the barndominium you’ll find an open concept living space with a fully equipped kitchen, and gas range, plus a glass garage door that can be opened up to the outdoor patio for taking full advantage of the indoor/outdoor living when the weather is nice. Industrial finishes are found throughout the home which accommodates up to 16 with two bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom sleeps 4 with a king bed and twin bunks and the 2nd bedroom is a bunk room that sleeps 10 on twin bunk beds. In the living room, there’s a queen size pull out sofa bed. All linens are provided. There’s also a full-size washer/dryer if needed.

Guests are provided with all of the details for their stay including check-in and check-out information 24-hours prior to their stay. If guests have any questions or need help during their stay, property management is available 24/7. Please keep in mind that there is a full time resident on site at Dam Ranch but does not interact with guests unless assistance is requested.

Tons of nearby attractions including live music, shopping, and yearly events- some of which include- Texas Ski Ranch, Freiheit Country Store, Creekside Shopping Center, H‑E‑B Plus, and Buc-ee’s all under 10 minutes away. Gruene Hall, downtown New Braunfels, Wurstfest, Guadalupe River, Comal River, Landa Park and more are all a 15-20 min drive.
Tanger Premium Outlet Mall in San Marcos is right down I-35 as well.

Luggage drop-off service provided to our guests for your convenience. Simply let us know and we will take care of storing your bags until our 4PM check-in time. This way, you can explore the city without being weighed down by your belongings.

For our guests traveling with little ones, we can arrange for a Pack & Play to be at the property upon your arrival if requested.

::Pet Policy::
Pets are allowed with an additional $250/nonrefundable pet deposit. Pets will not be allowed on the furniture and crates are highly encouraged. Owners are expected to clean up after your pet outside for the consideration of other renters. Additional fees could apply if we find that your pet was allowed on the furniture or beds or if we find it was left unnecessarily messy because of the pet, and/or if we find damage to any part of the home.
