Welcome to our stunning two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo nestled along the picturesque Guadalupe River. Located on the third floor, this condo offers breathtaking views of the river and the scenic Hill Country. Step into luxury as you explore the beautifully finished living space adorned with exquisite decor.

The spacious living room features a large sectional and a flatscreen TV, perfect for cozy evenings. Sliding glass doors lead to a private balcony, where you can soak in the tranquil ambiance. The dining room comfortably seats six, providing a wonderful setting for memorable dinners with loved ones.

Prepare your meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a stylish tile backsplash. Upgraded cabinets add a touch of elegance to the space. For your convenience, a stackable washer and dryer are available.

The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom with a beautiful shower, toilet, and vanity. The guest bedroom offers two full-size beds, ensuring ample space for the little ones. The guest bathroom features a tub shower combo, toilet, and vanity. Both bedrooms also have flat screen TVs that are equipped with Roku, Netflix and HULU for your enjoyment.

As part of a gated community, our condominium provides a secure and peaceful environment. Take a dip in the swimming pool or indulge in a unique experience at our Riverfront area, where you can unwind by the Guadalupe River.

If you want to venture out, visit Schlitterbahn, the World’s Best Waterpark in New Braunfels (less than 15 miles away) or spend the day in Gruene, shopping, visiting the wineries or dancing the night away at the infamous Gruene Hall. Natural Bridge Caverns, Wimberley, and the San Marcos Premium Outlets are a short drive away. Canyon Lake is less than 5 minutes away where you can rent boats or jet skis.

The whole area is full of small music venues like Whitewater Amphitheater (less Than 5 miles away) where you can hear the likes of Josh Abbott, Aaron Watson, Kevin Fowler, Hank Williams Jr. among many other talents. Maybe your ideal vacation is all about fly-fishing. Did you know that Texas Parks and Wildlife and Guadalupe River Trout Unlimited stock this area each winter with rainbow and brown trout? January and February are prime fishing months here.

Additional rules
-Renting party must be 23 or older (all members of the group must be 23yrs of age or older, unless there's a parent/guardian present during the entirety of the stay).  
-Must sign Rental Agreement prior to receiving check-in details- please let us know if you'd like a copy before booking (we can't attach)
-If booked on the same day or weekend, please call After-Hours # provided, as we can access our phone quicker than AirBNB
-No day visitors (6 guests-max occupancy- occupancy includes children)
-Bracelets are given for the max occupancy of the unit. These are to be worn to use the amenities on property.
-Max parking- 2 cars (in designated spots, towing will be enforced by a 3rd party company which unfortunately we have no control over- please use parking permits provided upon arrival)
-For stays over 28 days- max 1 guest per bedroom 

-Monthly reservations during our popular winter months (January, February, and March) MUST be booked from the 1st to the 1st.
-Remaining off-season monthly stays must be booked for a FULL month (i.e. 1st to the 1st, 6th to the 6th, 27th to the 27th, etc)

I give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to screen my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening.
