• 𝐍𝐨 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐨𝐫 𝐬𝐦𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠; outside only (backyard preferred). Use the backyard ashtray and fully extinguish butts.

• 𝐖𝐢-𝐅𝐢 & 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐭: Kindly keep the modem & router connected at all times. A fee may apply for intentional unplugging or disconnection.

• 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐝-𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 𝐛𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬: Booking for others isn't allowed. The booker must stay from check-in to check-out. Business and contractor stays are permitted if the booker also stays the entire time.

• 𝐓𝐕 & 𝐆𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠: Games welcome! If you rearrange or disconnect cables, please reconnect them when you’re finished. All cables, remotes & TV equipment must remain in the home and be fully functional for current and future guests.

• 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐡/𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐲𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠: No need to move bins to the curb — our maintenance team handles pickup days. The bins are located beside the garage in front of the house. This helps us stay organized and on schedule!

• 𝐋𝐚𝐰𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞: Occasionally, lawn care may occur during daytime hours to keep the property in top shape. Thank you for understanding.
