The Union Haus is in the middle of everything New Braunfels has to offer! Walk to the Comal River, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, the Wurstfest grounds, or downtown! Or take a quick car ride to Gruene (5 mins), Canyon Lake (30 mins), & San Marcos (20 mins). Be in Austin or San Antonio in 35 mins. This home is the middle of it all & ready for whatever large group party vacation you’re planning. The home is surrounded by businesses so play your music & sing karaoke as loud as your heart desires!
The space
PLEASE CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING BEFORE BOOKING:

Best thing about this home: You’re in the middle of everything & all the action! Worst thing about this home: You’re in the middle of everything & all the action! Therefore if you’re looking to escape to find peace & quite away from it all, this isn’t the place. Instead, book our home in the FL Keys!

This home was setup for those that want to experience & play in New Braunfels all day and still have fun when they return to the house. We have games, karaoke, a party light, sound system, & a gazebo that lights up at night. Play your music & sing karaoke as loud as you want inside. Have fun but please remember pick up your mess & do not leave trash outside.

1. All four bedrooms are on the 2nd level. Only the sleeper sofa & couch are on the bottom floor.
2. Home is on the corner. During busy season, there’s more traffic/ noise from
occasional cars blaring music driving by and people walking by to the river during the day.
3. There is no fenced in yard. However, you have the porch, gas grill, & gazebo to enjoy!
4. The back of the house has a parking lot. The home has eight reserved parking spaces closest to the house. The other parking spaces are managed by Park Mobile.
5. We have security cameras facing the parking lot & entrances to the house.

HOSTING A SMALL GET TOGETHER OR MIRCO WEDDING?
Let us know! We require that you book the Union Haus for at least two nights. Plus there is an additional $300 charge. The Union Haus is perfect for gatherings. The parking lot that can hold up to 32 vehicles, the gazebo, spacious inside, wrap around porch, etc. If you would like to rent 3 cocktail tables & 5 six foot tables with table cloths for the event please contact us so we may have them out on the day you check in for no additional cost.

Perfect for floating the Comal River

This house is historic and beautiful for it. None of the bathrooms are connected to the rooms so we didn’t have any issues with people waiting to shower. There’s plenty of space and towels! Corner Tubes is right next door so we didn’t have to use our car all weekend. I’ll definitely book this place again when floating with friends and family.

So lovely!

Check in was so easy and Kristi is just lovely to work with. The house is beautiful and in prime location for everything you may need during your stay. Would 10/10 book again
