On the Guadalupe River, our Property is perfect for your weekend trip, family reunion, wedding, or just some fun in the sun! Plop a tube right in the river from the backyard, or go swimming and fishing. Schlitterbahn Waterpark (about 5 blocks away . Or go Listen to some homegrown Americana or Contemporary Music at Gruene Hall, Oldest Dance hall in Texas! You can also bring your four-legged furry friends with you. The access to the lake was nice. We walked down and enjoyed the views. The check in process and owner response was 10/10. . We felt safe there. It was located in a great location and close to everything! Some of the fixtures need updated and the bathrooms are tiny. But overall, it’s what we expected for the price.

This place was such a wonderful stay! The place was clean, the outdoor space was so nice for my little to walk around and explore, and it was so close to Shlitterbahn! The host was so accommodating and responded quickly. I highly recommend this stay!

The condo was great! Clean, comfortable, and full of supplies! Kitchenware, bathroom and cleaning supplies, and stuff to do laundry which was great! Beautiful property and nice pool with 2 hot tubs. (One is adults only which was nice.) We would definitely stay again!

The place is great, and the hosts were really responsive. We love the river access, and the pools. The décor is really cool. There was ample space for everyone. The air mattress did have a leak. I don't know why the builder did not add a door from the living room to the balcony, poor planning. I would stay here again!

We went down to the river when we got here and then to the pool Friday night. Location is fantastic and got some great recommendations from the owner for things to do around town! We will definitely be staying here again!

Wonderful!

This unit was everything we needed to spend a couple nights in NB. It was so peaceful sitting on the balcony while our teen kids enjoyed river access and pool. This condo is conveniently located to many different places including downtown NB, Schlitterbahn, and Gruene. We will definitely be back!

Location, Clean & Spacious

Condo was in a nice area, clean and nicely decorated. Beautiful grounds and easy access to the river. Instructions and access inside was excellent. Comfortable accomodations, everything you need with nice views to pool and grounds. Didn't get to use the outdoor grill or pool. Excellent place. Highly recommend!

Very nice place. Clean. We came for a family reunion at the nearby parks; Schlitterbahn, the Comal, and Canyon Lake. This condo was very comfy. Bring your own toiletries, paper towels, and food. You will enjoy it!

Family Vacation

This is one of the three locations that my family rented for the weekend. It is a very nice and clean and very well decorated condo. We enjoyed see the musical theme of the condo. Well equipped and had everything we needed. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Great location

The condo is in a great location close to almost everything in New Braunfels. Keyless entry was nice, we loved the rock n roll theme and guitars. New washer and dryer a plus. We always check beds when we travel unfortunately we found hair on sheets. We had to wash them immediately, i think next time we may just bring our own sheets. Had to tighten the ceiling fan blades with a butter knife, they were making alot of noise. Beds are not comfortable at all, had a hard time sleeping especially the first night. Shower curtain not so clean. Other then that a clean condo. Pools and hot tubs were awesome, I'm sure thats what your paying for and the location of condo. Unfortunately we would not return here but we do Thank you for allowing us to stay.

A wonderful Spring Break April 2023

Our stay was great! Very easy check-in process. Our hosts were super responsive and worked with us. It is waterfront property, but there is a beautiful grassy area between the condos and the river. The balcony area was awesome during our stay. There is an elevator as well as stairs. You feel like you are in a quiet secluded area far from civilization,. Truth is you are minutes from many sights in New Braunfels. I would definitely recommend to friends and family!
