Kühl is the newest studio addition at Gruene Cottages, positioned upstairs above the courtyard and the popular Fachwerk studio. The Texas Hill Country cottage community offers a shared pool and picnic areas, while the location between historic Gruene and downtown New Braunfels puts you close to live music at Gruene Hall, floating the Guadalupe and Comal Rivers, local boutiques and wineries, and Schlitterbahn Waterpark.



The Space:

Inside, this second-floor studio sits beneath a rustic vaulted ceiling that adds character to the upstairs space. A smart TV with cable provides entertainment between outings, while the coffee bar includes a single-serve coffee maker for an easy morning start. The mini fridge keeps drinks and snacks chilled, and the microwave makes it simple to heat up a quick bite to have at the small table for two. With its elevated position overlooking the courtyard, Kühl offers a convenient spot to settle in between New Braunfels adventures.



This studio comfortably sleeps 2 guests in a king size bed.



This home also includes a full guest bathroom with a pedestal sink and a walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE

• Communal laundry is available for your stay, located in the closet of Building 3’s breezeway.

• Parking for up to 1 vehicle is available in the gravel lot across from the building.

• No pets allowed. Unauthorized pets result in a $350 fee and may require immediate removal with no refund.

• Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

• This home is the upstairs guestroom of the 3rd building on the left as you enter the property.

• Please also note that this unit is part of a larger rental property that includes several smaller units and combination units, so guests may see other guests coming and going and enjoying the shared common areas such as the parking areas, pool, playground, and grounds.

• This property is equipped with external security cameras located on the outside of various buildings, actively monitoring shared common areas including the parking area, pool, and playscape.
