    The Space:

    This spacious 2/2 condo at Inverness Condominiums is located right in the heart of New Braunfels. With Schlitterbahn right across the street and the Comal River right out your back door with direct river access, this is the perfect vacation spot. This open living concept has a roomy living room/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedrooms has a Queen size bed, private bath and a smart TV, the secondo bedroom also has a queen bed, smart TV and guest bathroom across the hall. There is a Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room and a twin sofa sleeper too for additional guests. The living room has a smart TV with YouTube TV and free Wi-Fi. High quality linens are provided for beds and bathrooms. Come and relax for a weekend or a full week at this wonderful river condo.



    Rockin' R is a local tube outfitter which can pick up 2 lots down from Inverness Condos between Memorial Day and Labor Day. For any reservation outside of that time period, the Rockin' R shop is located only a half miles away.

    You are provided 2 parking passes, one for a numbered covered spot and a second for general parking. This condo is on the third floor and there is an elevator. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. No pets allowed. Guests will be provided with 6 wristbands (max amount allowed). This condo has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.



    **WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED*** These condos are individually owned and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and enjoyed! The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers. The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces. Please do not be offended by the wristband and parking pass policies, they are really there to ensure that you have a fabulous time!

How had great communication, check in was super easy. Condo was very clean and well stocked, my girls loved it. Parking under was very difficult since we were in an SUV but we had plenty of un-covered parking. Loved being right on the river! It was about a 40 min relaxing float from the condo to the last exit with only about a 10 min walk back.

Pros:Near town, you could walk to all the restaurants and downtown areas, perfect opening to the river and could float for about an hour with a short walk back. Comfy beds. Quiet area, hardly any noise. We cooked outside a few times and used the pool. Cons:Dirty restrooms and bedroom- hair in the shower and on the ground, dried up contact on the dresser. I am not confident that the cleaning crew is actually cleaning and washing the linens. I had to clean the restrooms and wash the linens. Guest shower was clogged with cigarettes. Both restrooms are pretty small. Toilets would run, the handles were loose. Wasp on patio could not sit outside. Door would not lock properly, we had to try multiple times before it would latch on to lock.

Location was great!. We walked to nearby restaurants & bars. Brought our own tubes and entered the comal right in front to enjoy a 1.5 hour float to the last exit & then had a short walk back to the condo. The condo was stocked with essentials & the stay was very comfortable.

Reviewer Comments: The place is could use some updating but for the price it was great I travel 100% for work so it is a much nicer stay then a hotel. My only problem with the place was the kitchen sink smells very bad. The garbage disposal does not work so I think there is some rotting food down in there. The parking was very limited and pretty hard to park a full size truck in the lot. Other then that the place was great

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great. Condo was a bit outdated for the price. Was good enough but nothing really nice. The toilet overflowed the first day so we had water all in the floor that we had to clean up, which wasn't fun. The parking situation was terrible and extremely frustrating. Every evening regardless of when we got back there were no spots and we were told we couldn't park in the reserved parking. I mean, we paid a lot of money to be there and can't park? That situation needs to be handled. Probably wouldn't stay there again.
