This new build sits in a peaceful community surrounded by open land, just minutes from Historic Downtown New Braunfels, Gruene, Schlitterbahn, the Comal River, Buc-ee’s, and Canyon Lake. When you’re not out exploring, enjoy access to the neighborhood’s resort-style pool, BBQ pavilion, and splash pad—the perfect spot for the whole herd to unwind.

Tucked in the heart of New Braunfels (NOT Canyon Lake like some maps suggest—so trust us, we’re right in the middle of the action!), The Barn Haus is a charming, rustic-modern getaway designed to make you feel at home while offering a true Hill Country experience. Whether you’re floating the river, exploring historic Gruene, or heading to Schlitterbahn, you’ll have the perfect home base to unwind after your adventures.

The Space – Cozy Yet Spacious

While The Barn Haus is a 4-bedroom, 2-bath home with 1,667 sq. ft., it comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests thanks to its open and airy layout. It’s a cozy fit, but trust us—we make it work perfectly!

The Barn Haus is a guest favorite for good reason—and once you stay here, you’ll see why. So book your stay, settle in, and don’t be surprised if you start planning your next trip before you even leave.

Guest Access:
Once you have entered using the keypad on the Hay Door, the whole Barn Haus will be available for guest use. The backyard is fenced for yours and the neighborhood's privacy.
The garage must be manually opened with the button next to the garage door entrance for use.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet, Peaceful, and Local.

Other Things to Note:
Due to the Haus being Newly Built the Location is being showing as Canyon Lake, the Barn Haus is Located In New Braunfels! We are working with Airbnb to Resolve the Issue.
Herds that would like to stay in the Barn for a Week will receive our 5% Off Weekly Discount.
If you and your chickadees are interested in a lengthy stay with us for a Month you'll receive our 10% Off Monthly Discount. Please reach out if interested in monthly or longer stays.
Our haus has a Maximum Occupancy of 8 Guests. To squeeze one extra to the Coop, we do kindly request notification & $50 Per Night.

***Community Pool Closed on Mondays for Maintenance and Cleaning, Pool is open until 10PM on all other days

***Streaming Services are available with Guest Accounts. Easily connect to your Netflix, Prime video streaming app of your choice.

***In an effort to maintain and secure premises, the Barn Haus is equipped with three exterior cameras. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no cameras on the inside.

***Parking: The driveway fits 2 vehicles. The garage will need to be opened manually if use is needed.

***The house is decorated with lots of Antler Decor and Bull Horn Decor, while nice to look at, it can be dangerous to young children. This is overall a Barn Haus and suitable for young children under supervision. If you are thinking of bringing children, they need to be supervised at all times.
