Perfect family weekend

This was the perfect family getaway home! The living area, dining area, kitchen and backyard are the perfect, spacious areas for gathering! We never felt crowded, yet always felt close to one another! We absolutely loved it. The kids loved the rollaway beds and the pool table! The location to Gruene Hall and Texas Tubes was also so convenient. The kiddos also loved all the wildlife included dozens of deer! The patio area overlooking the Guadalupe made a perfect reading spot for grandpa and grandma :) thank you for a fabulous stay!

This is a beautiful, spacious home in a great location close to downtown Gruene. There was more than enough room for 8 adults and 2 children to sleep comfortably, with room for at least 4 more. The kitchen was fully stocked with lots of seating at the bar and dining table. The view from the deck is amazing. We will definitely stay here again.

Some areas of the home were a little older (bedding, pillows) but overall a great location. It was actually bigger than we anticipated. Check in and out was super easy. We really enjoyed it.

The location was great and we enjoyed the deck overlooking the river. The housekeeping service could improve. Blankets in the bedrooms needed washing. Need new sheets and pillows.

House was great fit for my family. Gorgeous deck with water below. My only problem was the rail out there covered thick in bird feces. We didn’t sit out there because of it. Loved the pool table.

Great location and house

The property was as good as advertised. Very spacious and clean. The view from the back yard deck was amazing. Close to Historic Gruene Hall. Highly recommend this property.

Such a GREAT location and the house was exactly what we wanted!! Loved hearing the sound of the River rapids while enjoying coffee in the mornings! We plan to come back again!!

We stayed at this home for the wedding of my son in Gruene Estates. It was perfect. The whole family was able to stay together. Check in and out was easy. Very nice. Thank you

Such an awesome place to stay! Just Perfect!!!

Rented the property for my adult kids and grandchildren so we had placed for everyone to stay for awedding.The home is even more beautiful than we expected and there was space for everyone. The setting and location are just beautiful. Everyone from the adults to the kids loved the home. Thank you for this beautiful offering.

Peace On the River!

We had two weddings to attend nearby and this home was perfect for our family's stay. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the property, the decor, and all of the amenities. The added bonus was it's proximity to Gruene and Kyle. We hope to return one day soon! Thank you!

Very nice place

This place was awesome and really clean. We loved seeing the deer in the yard. Very peaceful and relaxing with plenty of room for a huge family. Gruene is literally right down the road. Can't ask for a better location. Only thing we wish is they would fix the access to river or have a place renters can access the river close to the house. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice place- Nice location

It was a nice stay. All positive except there was no TV reception, and could not cast from phones to TV. If you are a football fan, bring your own Roku…
