Beautiful Updated Condo With Direct River View From Balcony! We Love Dogs!

Bring your furry family members - we love dogs and know how important they are as a part of your family! We are semi-retired and travel over 100-days per year and are extremely picky when it comes to lodging. We demand immaculate lodging whereever we stay and have carried over this pickiness to our condo. We also know how important it is to be able to bring our dog with us on our travels and welcome your well behaved dog in our condo! We live within a mile of the condo and will spot check the cleaning team to ensure that they clean to our high standards. If you have any issues during your stay we are only a phone call away. If you are planning on coming to New Braunfels give us a try. We will do ANYTHING reasonable to ensure that you are 110% satisfied with our condo. Give us a try - let us be your "go-to" place to stay when you visit our beautiful town.

Beautiful one bedroom/one bath with built in bunk beds and queen sofa sleeper. Full kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher and microwave. We expect spotless accommodations when we travel and will deliver the same to our guests. We have purchased spandex furniture covers for our living room furniture which are washed after every guest use. Sit outside on the large patio and watch people floating down the river or better yet go next door to Texas Tubes and rent inner tubes and float yourself! After you get out of the water go to the pool/hottub overlooking the river and enjoy a Texas margarita while soaking in the views. Our condo is a 12-minute walk to downtown New Braunfels for extensive dining/libation choices or enjoy the numerous outdoor grills and cook yourself.
You are sure to have a memorable weekend at River Run in New Braunfels. We travel extensively and stay in Home Away/Air BNB and know the importance of clean comfortable accomodations. We are committed to ensuring that our condominium is always clean and comfortable for all of our guests. If you have any issues we welcome you to call us and we will fix the situation immediately! Pictures are as authentic as possible and accurately show the unit in it's current state. We look forward to hosting you!

Loved our stay here! Great location, walkable to all things. Dog friendly everywhere. Fun float on the river, able to put in at the condo, float the chute and walk back to condo. Great food recommendations by Brian. Definitely recommend staying here!

The property was great. Right on the river and easy walking distance from both down town New Braunfels and Wurstfest. Brian was awesome to let us stay an extra day. The whole vibe is very good and we enjoyed ourselves. I was sad to leave.

Good quick getaway before school starts

Overall a good spot in NB if you want to float the river and be close to Schlitterbahn. A little rowdy in the evenings with loud music, smoking, lots of people drinking and hanging out in the river, but overall everyone was friendly and just enjoying the end of summer. We loved having the pool to ourselves on Sunday morning and our kids had fun swimming in the river just in front. There were steps and a ladder, it’s close to Prince solms island and next door to Texas tubes. We enjoyed the cool, comfortable unit and it had towels to use at pool. We slept fairly well except for some loud neighbors in the unit above us and down the hall. Overall a good spot for a quick getaway to the river, and we would stay here again for the location. We enjoyed breakfast at nearby Union Station and got coffee at NB coffee company. Only complaint was no coffee in the unit and bunk beds were very small and not standard size, ok for our young kids but really too small for anyone over 8-10.

Absolutely amazing (dog friendly) property!

This was a fantastic stay, and these are amazing hosts. We had issues finding a good property that would allow us to bring a 62lb Golden Retriever with us. They were happy to accommodate. They provided so much great info. And due to nobody coming in or out on the days we were coming in / out, they happily offered us early check-in and late checkout. Easy communication, easy procedures. The location is so great. Great views of the river, private river access, and it's right next door to Texas Tubes. I can't tell you how great it is to get off the bus after you tube, and simply walk next door and be "home." Lots of towels, linens, pots, pans, etc. Everything you need to enjoy your stay. And some nice cold water bottles in the fridge when we arrived. Such a welcome surprise. We will definitely be back. 10/10. -Tim, Adrienne, Max

Best posible experience

The property has everything that someone can need to have a great experience, to feel like in home in a beautiful place. It is equipped with all the essentials. It’s very clean, the self check in process is fantastically coordinated and the hosts are absolutely prepared to answer to the guests needs: they respond immediately. I want to go back soon!

AMAZING TIME!

The property was so cute, clean, and a perfect location to the river with its own private space! The owners were so wonderful and quick to respond. We needed an air pump to blow up our tubes and the owner came over within 10 min to help, so very kind! I would for sure stay there again!

THE BEST

I cannot say enough good about this place. It was clean and in the heart of everything that we do. Brian made everything so easy and was such a gracious host! He checked on us to make sure we arrived safe and that everything was up to our expectations! Who does that? Well he does! We are definitely going to return! We cannot thank him enough. This lace is so cozy and just everything about it was great! He even let us extend our stay! God bless you and your family Brian! We will continue to book your place and treat it like our own home!

Stay by the river

The property was clean, cool, and well appointed just a bit cramped. Underground parking clearance did not accommodate our vehicle and surface parking in 100 degree Texas heat was not ideal. Overall good stay though.

Relaxing Getaway

This was our first stay in a Vrbo property. We could not have asked for a better experience! The location, the condo itself, the easy check-in and check-out, and the incredibly helpful owners all made our weekend getaway extremely enjoyable. We would recommend this property and are looking forward to staying there again in the future.

Great Get Away Weekend

This place was perfect for our family of four. Had everything we needed for a long weekend. Great location to tube the river and close enough to walk back to do it again!! Water park and downtown right around the corner! Gruene very close as well! We’ll be back!!

Nice location!

Check in was super easy. This home was well equipped with kitchen tools and the bed was very comfortable. Within walking distance to church, downtown and the park. We even went tubing our last day! Brian was very helpful with any questions we had. Nice town!

Wonderful!

We love the Comal River and this is the perfect spot!! It was our third time staying in this location but our first time renting from Brian and he was great! The condo was clean, they left out beach towels for the girls, and he texted to check on us and sent us a great variety of local eateries with approx price per plate included,. The absolute best part was when we left and were 1 hour away from home and he called to ask if I had left anything behind....I did. It was my wedding set!! He got it in the mail right away, paid for the shipping and insurance and checked to see that I received it. Most definitely a wonderful experience and amazing customer service!! Thank you for hosting our family!
