Please note that amplified music is strictly prohibited on this property and enforced by the property management company as well as local law enforcement. Any guests not in compliance with these rules may be subject to losing their refundable security deposit or being asked to leave the property.

Tube the river, shop, dine, have a day/night out with your favorite people, then retreat to your quiet oasis to watch dozens of deer wandering the property! For those interested in a work-play environment, the owners made special consideration to install a site-wide high-speed Wi-Fi system allowing for unlimited streaming services and communication via social platforms with your loved ones or fellow influencers.

Main House Accommodations:
Modern-rustic designs make this entire property stylish, fresh and inviting. Upon entry into the main house, you are quickly greeted by the leather-bound lounge chairs and custom art pieces, setting the tone for the luxury designs within. The old German-shmeared wall provides a glimpse into the history of this Texas farmhouse. Shiplap walls pull you into the fully equipped gourmet kitchen, complete with an oversized subzero fridge, triple ovens, commercial gas range, separate ice machine, prep station with sink on the kitchen island, plus much more, setting the stage for the chefs in your group to work culinary magic in the heart of the home. The beautifully adorned indoor dining table can comfortably seat up to 12 guests. Imported barn wood beams frame the kitchen, dining & living spaces while the polished concrete floors, bespoke furnishings, and an 85” Smart UHDTV provide a modern aesthetic. Oversized chairs and sofas and French doors lead to al fresco dining under oak trees lit by thousands of twinkling lights. Bunk House Accommodations:
Modern-rustic design continues in the nearly 1,400 sq ft bunk house! The bunk house is the perfect sleeping arrangement for the older kids/teens in your group as well as the perfect setting for pool games, Xbox entertainment and sports on the 75” Smart UHDTV in the game room lounge. Relax on the oversized sectional couch and comfortably dine with 8 inside. Large bathroom with double vanities, walk-in tile shower, and a separate exterior entrance to the pool bath and fire pit areas. The bunk house also serves as the laundry room with 2 washers, 2 dryers, and an extra full-size fridge for storing much-needed beverages.

Guest House Accommodations:
Guests will surely swoon at this romantic 1 bed/1 bath 800 sq ft dwelling with direct access to the pool! You just might not want to leave this space! Guests can enjoy the pool view through the beautiful French doors or pull back the light/noise-canceling drapery for added privacy! Additional amenities include a separate work area, full-size couch, an oversized sitting chair, and 65” Smart UHDTV. The bathroom suite boasts double vanities, a large open walk-in tile shower and free-standing oversized soaking bathtub. Guests will enjoy complimentary robes and slippers for an added relaxing touch. Rocking chairs outside the French doors allow guests to take in the beauty of the outdoor space!

Outdoor Space:
The front porch, adorned with rocking chairs and oversized swing, allows guests to enjoy their morning cup of coffee under a 200-year-old oak tree as well as afternoon views of the most beautiful Texas sunsets while enjoying a glass of wine! We can arrange for transportation to and from our vacation rentals. Additionally, the New Braunfels National Airport is located less than 7 miles from downtown New Braunfels making it a perfect option for our private travels. Transportation dependent on availability so ample time is greatly appreciated.
